To wonder what happens if the police DON'T bring charges

.... against Andrew? What happens if the police say that after extensive investigations they cannot find evidence of criminal wrongdoing? Has the King jumped the gun a bit, stripping and exiling his brother? Will the RF have egg on their face on the world stage?
Have many organisations, especially media and social media exposed thrmselves to defamation lawsuits from a skint Andy?

Andrew's awful photo when being driven away after many hours in custody show a man who's been awakened by the police most likely in his bedroom or having breakfast and no amount of security could prevent that. Had he attempted to display his arrogance and entitlement in protest of "coming quietly and without fuss" to the waiting cop vehicle then he'd have been handcuffed. Normal procedure but this is AMW who in one moment was stripped of his ability to do what he wanted and send the cops packing. I doubt anyone has refused to obey him in his life.

Quite apart from all other branches of this awful case I think it will be interesting to see if he survives the next stage of the investigation. Several possibilities but whichever lawyer he appoints if needed could get him acquitted. Defending lawyers are usually brilliant at their jobs and in this case it's possible that no lawyer will touch him or reverse that and they'll be racing to be chosen.

Don't you mean paulie turning his back on henry? Interesting after Paulie does this Henry turns states evidence on Paulie and brings the whole firm down.

Sorry yes Henry, and yes, it does indeed bring the whole racket down.

We can hope ...

Huh, …KC committed adultery with QC -nobody seems bothered about that, so why is anything gonna happen about AMW, expensive waste of police time is what I think.

I dont think King Charles whiter thsn white but adultery isn't illegal
And not at all comparable to what AMW has allegedly done.

They may not find Andy guilty of anything but a member of the RF hanging out for considerable amount of time with a convicted sex trafficker is not part of the RF contract. And he lied about cutting off contact.

I think he really is struggling to work out what he has done wrong as he has zero concept of right and wrong. He is beginning to realise what he has lost. tbh I can image AMW squealing and stating who else was there and why is he been treated differently. It could be AMW is just a scape goat as he is high profile and other high profile people are hanging him out to dry (Trump maybe). It might be a police tactic for a larger scale operation to open up the entire ring as I really doubt it was just those two (well four if you count G Maxwell and Fergie).

I don’t doubt there are more high profile men to be involved. Power corrupts in more ways than one, i should imagine.

It’s just the equivalent of “bringing the company into disrepute” that most people have in their contracts. In this case it’s just The Company.

Not really. Misconduct in Public Office is a serious criminal offence with a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

Carycach4 · 21/02/2026 18:38

I'd stake the farm on him not being charged with anything. The police investigation is all for show.

What’ll happen?
I’ll definitely laugh out loud! 😺
