She raised them all. It’s not just Andrew. The King was buddies with Jimmy Saville and they all loved Lord Mountbatten.
They are a dysfunctional family who live off benefits.

Yes I agree with this. For many reasons I have always thought Charles wasn't worthy of his title but even more so now. All this crap about 'I am horrified about the allegations', my backside. Of course he knew and is therefore complicit.

Of course he did!

If he goes down, he will have to be on the special wing for his protection.

Unlikely. Most offenders spend a fortnight in the local prison before being categorised. Many prominent criminals, somehow, go straight to a Cat D (open) prison within a few short weeks. A Cat D, to other offenders, is the Holy Grail, ever sought for.

Scarily I tend to agree. I do not like, or trust, or in fact have any time whatsoever for Charles. I think he's shady, out of touch, nasty, and all about himself. Therefore, although I can't swear to it, I believe he has made sure the spotlight is shone on Andrew to make himself look good and be more popular, because he knows he isn't a popular king. Not saying Andrew isn't guilty, he is, but there is more to this than JUST Andrew being guilty.

I think the whole thing has been stage managed, the arrest on Andrew's birthday and Charles out and about in public being "kingly" and making some bland remark about letting law take its course or something to that effect.

Odd. I'm sure they'd have more than £16,000 in their accounts.

Thank you. 100% agree. 'Oh Cammy the public hate me what can I do to improve my image?'

'Just have him arrested, he will be out in a few days, and we'll buy him a pizza'.

KnitFastDieWarm · 19/02/2026 16:09

God I’d love to be the custody sergeant booking him in 😄

’Name?’

’Could you spell that for me?’

‘Windsor’ as in the castle, yeah?’

Lifeomars · 19/02/2026 16:10

I used to work in a custody suite (drugs worker, not police) and am very familiar with the booking in and subsequent processes and it is amusing me to think of Andrew at the desk; He's been there a fair while so will no doubt have been offered a mircowaved meal and a few machine brewed hot drinks. Hot chocolate was always popular with detainees. It would make a fab episode of 24 hours in Police Custody

The jokes are happening all over. My friend just texted me and said 'what's this about Andrew?' When I said 'Watch the news it's all over it!' she said 'No sweat'.😂😂😂

We need Emily Maitless!

TheGander · 19/02/2026 16:12

Shame he wasn’t arrested in Bedfordshire. It would have made an interesting episode of 24 hours in police custody.

In my mind it went down like this:

”get down on the fucking floor!!! 🔫 Taser taser taser!!!!!!” ⚡️

To which Andrew replied Taser-Sir!

TheGander · 19/02/2026 16:13

Cross post with Lifeomars!

Remember years ago when he was called “Randy Andy”? People thought it was hilarious. Not so funny now is it? His family are parasites imo and I will never understand the worship of a very dysfunctional family.

Agreed. I will never understand why people hate Meghan and Harry so much for escaping from them. It's almost as if they cannot bear the thought of anyone in the royal family doing anything wrong.

They are a dysfunctional family who live off benefits.

Even just looking at the relationship between Charles and Diana, it was a transactional agreement that took advantage of a very young woman who wasn't in a position to understand what she was consenting to. Perhaps it was a different time, but it doesn't change the nature of what happened.

If Andrew didn't have the moral understanding that what he was doing was wrong, that was due to his upbringing - not because as he claimed he was used to living in a house with servants, but because he was used to other people being unimportant.

Yes, finally, did take a while though.
I heard one of the victims (bbc news) when Andrew was stripped of title/chucked out that they wish American was treating it as serious as the UK.

You do know that this has absolutely nothing to do with him and any girls that may/not have been involved????

This is purely about sharing privileged market and financial information.

Surprised Mandy is still wandering around. Is his birthday coming up soon??

Did anyone read the Andrew Lownie book Entitled? Defo worth a read to understand the awful nature of both Andrew & Fergie. Looks like he might have loads more fodder for a second book now!

I not only read it, but offered to lend it to my very pro-Royal MIL. She didn't want to read it, she said she thought it would be just a load of unfounded muck-raking.

I'm slightly tempted to give her a ring and see if she's still of the same opinion.

sittingonabeach · 19/02/2026 16:20

@nicepotoftea Diana's family were as complicit as RF.

Yes, of course I know, I can read!
If you'd read other posts by me, you can also see where I said that while I would rather it was all investigated, I am happy for now with this. Better than nothing.
