Obviously the majority of Muslims living here, maybe second or third generation, that wish to assimilate into British society, live in mixed areas and are perfectly fine with dogs.

Unlike some arguing against OP on this thread, I don’t see all Muslims as a homogeneous group. I understand that they follow different strands of Islam and have different standards and there is a variety of approaches from the influential mosque leaders.

As West Midlands police have revealed, in some areas, there are powerful and large mosques with leaders that preach extremism with impunity. They threaten mob violence if their demands are not met and the authorities bow to them.

THESE are the Muslims that are causing serious concerns in our society and when we listen to them and their plans to gain power it is a worry. They are using the moderate Muslims as a human shield to protect and divert attention from their extremist views. Too many people in power are very worried about upsetting those that they seem to treat as a homogeneous group of Muslims. This is the problem.

Kate Hollern, the Labour candidate in Burnley was bullied, intimidated and threatened with beheading during her last election campaign. The Labour Party has been very quiet about it either no visible support for her from Starmer. She lost her seat to an Islamist Gaza MP.

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever keeps a dog, except a dog for herding, hunting or farming, one qirat will be deducted from his reward each day.” Narrated by Muslim, 1575.

Ok this is progress. The thread has become solely about skin tone and you've moved past that, admitting that immigrants of any stripe bring with them a different culture and different traditions. That is not inherently good, in fact in many cases its frankly terrible and migrants from certain countries bring with them cultures and attitudes which are wholly incompatible with those of the native people which leaves our country in a worse position than it was in before those people immigrated here.

Regardless of skin tone and the colour of certain posters' daughter's eyes, immigrants change the country. If white british people become a minority in their own homeland, their country will be irreversibly changed permantly and they're allowed to object to that. See, it was very simple after all that.

I have children, thank you. What I plan to do about it is vote for whichever party convinces me most when they say they'll end mass immigration, prevent illegal immigration and repatriate any immigrants whose presence here is to the detriment of the country. Be that financially or culturally.

Yes, I personally think that the Muslim injunction that dog saliva is unclean is a pretty understandable one. I love dogs myself but my mother is very allergic & overall I think dog mores need to change to ensure they are better trained and licensed.

Re Islam : the alcohol one is another one people criticise but I'm less sure if this one is worthy of much criticism either. British pub culture is great in many ways but imo the alcohol is its weak point. Alcohol problems are high here & especially bad for men. Pubs are great for socialising so I understand it when people argue the alcohol ban stops Muslim men socialising as much but there are ways round this. Alcohol is linked to so many illnesses and I don't think it is ideal for it to be seen as integral to British culture (or any other).

I'm sorry, but I don't understand why you're questioning my post. The website you linked confirms that dogs are allowed for those purposes. I never said Muslims were allowed dogs as pets.
