Cleaner - unsatisfied

We decided to get a deep clean done of our house post-dog, unfortunately. The lady came around yesterday and all went well etc, we got out of her way and everything seemed fine when we got home. However, for a deep clean I'm not overly satisfied. There's still dust on top of mirrors, dirty spots on bathroom floors, some skirting boards missed and behind toilets too.
Am I being completely unreasonable here to expect these things to be done? I messaged her saying for the most part she has done a great job, but mentioned the above, sent photos, and she basically said thanks for the feedback but on the list of jobs she does behind toilets isnt mentioned...? But surely for a deep clean they would be done? Also, just to say. She did say inside and outside of cupboards are done. Those weren't either. But dont really want to get in an argument pointing things out! Just feel a bit ripped off.

I'll come and clean for £58 p/hr!

I'm not even sure this is real! No agreed time, no agreed list of what to clean, no agreed cost, money openly left on the side, posting the wrong screen shot! 😕

behind the loo is standard surely! sounds like she just tickled the dust around. i honestly just do the deep bits myself with the idustmite hepa vac now because it actually traps the dander instead of blowing it back onto the mirrors

when I had a weekly cleaner she said it would take 3 hours to do my house (4 bed, 4 toilets) - I could only afford 2hrs per week so the compromise was that she couldn’t do everything every week, but would rotate certain tasks.

my point is that there’s no way a deep clean could be done in my house in 3hrs….although I appreciate it will depend on size of house and no. Of toilets etc

Contact het again and ask her to return and do the bits she missed. If she said she'd do the cupboards she should have done them. Where did you get her from? Can you complain?

Just thinking about where you were recommended her - I'd be really wary of Facebook recommendations. They are often friends and family (same surname is a dead giveaway, but often you can see thry are friends), even when people ask for recommendations from people who thry have worked for. We tend to ask for recommendations from neighbours, rather than random people.

Oh, and she was here for about 3 hours

3 hours is not enough time to deep clean a house. Im a professional cleaner and deep clean specialist and it takes a minimum 5-6 hours. I'd be asking her to come back and rectify.

I wouldn't do inside cupboards unless you asked specifically and they were emptied prior to my arrival, but outside should have been done, and absolutely behind the toilet.

A deep clean should include everything from top to bottom.
