It's not going to do anything though.
Try to imagine for one minute the insane law that would have to be drafted for a nudity ban to have any real impact.
If you banned being naked then first you'd have to define naked and what needs covering up (genitals sounds easy, but what about nipples?Female nipples? What about buttocks? How much buttock, no hotpants allowed? What if it's ok if you've got a small arse but not if you're on the larger side? See same for cleavage / sideboob).
Then you'd have to define covering up (is fishnet OK, or if not what kind of material? What if it's clingy or too thin?)
And then you'd have to define where these laws take effect, because public space is extremely broad and there's no legal distinction between a nudist beach and the car park or the street behind the beach.
And then whatever you decide you'll have to deal with challenges from people on one side who think it's too liberal and the other side who think it interferes with freedom of expression.
I'm telling you now, govt mandating of clothing standards isn't going to happen. The only countries which have laws about how much clothing is to be worn are strictly religious.
