The NHS is mostly only for emergencies now.

You were not an emergency and had the option of going private if you wanted a faster service.

We are lucky we have the NHS but the UK population need to start helping themselves by taking out private medical insurance or paying for private as and when they need it.

Firstly I'm quite capable of thinking about 2 things at once. Secondly, Greenland is a territory of Denmark and consequently Greenland and Denmark might have a different opinion over who governs it. I'm sure the UK would love it if another nation decides to annex us.
