I just threw my toys out of the pram and deleted myself from Facebook. Am I crazy? I also resigned from the church council after just 2 meetings. I wonder if I am on a slippery slope to quitterdom and may next resign from life and live under a log... anyone else jumped the 'book lately?!

If you want to properly delete face

Sorry, 13 month old DS managed to cut my message off. If you want to permanently delete your Facebook, best bet is to go into Facebook help center, type Delete account into their internal search engine & it'll bring up a page where about half way down it says if you wish to leave for good click here, then you only need to wait 14 days & your profile will be gone x

Oh it feels good to deactivate. I left Facebook in December and do not miss it at all. I do intend to go back eventually, because it was useful to keep in touch with overseas family, but I'll be deleting most people!

Enjoy your freedom from FB
