Anecdotally.,, I’m on Mounjaro and have not got flu this Christmas…

Totally not a medical fact, but all of my family have been really, really unwell with very bad colds thru to flu this Christmas,

3 very fit, healthy adult children and partners, healthy husband. No flu jabs (will rectify this from now on).

Very poorly in the run up to Christmas, we’ve come away to a holiday cottage and I’m pretty much Florence Nightgale to everyone.

i feel fine. I’m either bionic, or will be floored by the weekend. the only thing I can think of is 1 year plus on Mounjaro, which is not a medical consideration in terms of immunity,

anyone else on the WLIs escaping the worst of this horrible virus, or am in indeed bionic?

DP had awful flu and I didn't catch it.

I'm not on mounjaro but I do have a green hat, could that be significant?

Yes, you have clearly got Green Hat Syndrome. This is a known protection against viruses 👒

Hmm, my teenager came back from university for Christmas with the flu and I haven't caught it either.

I hope not too! I do think MJ does help with other things and makes you healthier in other ways! It just let me down on the immune front this time 🥹

Interesting op. I'm also on wli...I've been surrounded at work and home by people full of colds and viruses and haven't caught anything. I did wonder if the jabs were having a part to play in this?
