Excessive use of Toilet roll

We having a few issues with having to reflush constantly but since lodger been away this has gone! So we know it’s cause the lodger uses 1/2 toilet roll everytime he goes to the loo.

its ridiculous amount of toilet he goes through compared to us 2 females who have used 1/4 of toilet roll since he been away for Christmas for 5 days.

We had 6 of those double size rolls on Christmas Eve afternoon.

He might be using too much but you don't use enough

Get a single sheet dispenser. Or everyone uses their own - they could be colour-coded. Tell him the loo pipe was blocked and you had to call a plumber. Or just don't police people's toilet habits. Poor bloke.

Do you two not even wipe? I can’t believe you’ve used so little over 5 days! There’s two of us in the house and three toilets so it would be difficult to estimate precisely how much we use per day, but I’d say it’s got to be at least one roll. That’s based on how often I need to purchase a new packet of loo rolls.

We go into the loo after and half the paper is down the toilet!

I suppose if he sat forward half the poo would be down the loo - not skidded down back of the loo! Cause he so tall and weighs 30 stone! He a very big bloke!

He is doing the cleaner thing by using something disposable.

In my experience, men tend to poo more frequently than women. My husband, sons and brothers all go multiple times a day, which I find bizarre as an ‘every other day’ kind of woman. They also use toilet roll for erm, ‘other activities’. Men always use far more than women.

I guess you can just withold the toilet rolls and keep your own in your room. When it runs out just say nothing, use yours and he will have to buy more?

My DD is autistic and uses so much toilet paper.
It is not a hill I’m going to die on and due to many blocked toilets, I buy cheaper loo roll so it’s thinner.

I think this is one of those that comes with having a lodger.

he breaks the brushes! This is why he uses so much loo roll as he sits right back on loo so it’s goes all down back of toilet
