I got a similar vibe [to Oliver Reed as Sykes] from Ken Hutchison's portrayal of Heathcliff in the BBC 1978 version of Wuthering Heights. Unlike many versions of the tale, this production, while clunky by today's standards, is very true to the book and Heathcliff is monstrous but SEXY.

Well eyah but OP specifically mentioned the said character. And lots of people sadly fancy serial killers, and otherwise violent characters in films/tv and find them really attractive.

Gary Oldman as Dracula - massively sexy. Also however a bad bet as a boyfriend.

Now Gary Oldman is also quite a sexy man, but not at all in the way Dracula was in that film.
