I wondered this too, as when you search the images with google lens, some very, very similar pictures come up. The OP is going to post a video soon though - of her husband doing it, (she said so about 5 hours ago, that she would post it this evening,) to dispel any doubts people have of him doing it from scratch. Has he done it yet @OnToast81 and do you have the video ready to show us?

Do you live anywhere near fancy schamncy houses? Im
in Surrey and there are houses as well as businesses who pay for their properties to be decorated at Christmas. In my mind these are footballers homes but who knows. In any cases there are businesses who proved this service and it might be worth your DH finding anything similar and offering his services through them ( in addition to working directly for properties )
