It's dark, rainy and I have a rotten cold. I've just made a big pan of vegetable and lentil soup.
It really hit the spot!

Love a bowl of soup sometimes.

I always have some homemade chicken soup in the freezer for when I feel a bit peaky.
Last night I made a swedish salmon soup with a cream base, leeks, carrots, potatoes and it was delicious.

I just made a big pot of beef with barley and veg and it is so cozy.
Reminds me of my childhood.

Always have a batch of restorative chicken noodle in freezer.
Just happy to know it is there!!

Looks delicious! DH is unwell so I made leek, potato and celery soup yesterday. I also made cheese and chilli bread to go with it. I'm hoping he improves soon 🙄

DD & I are currently obsessed with Chinese chicken & sweetcorn egg drop soup. We’ve had it every night for 2 weeks now. ☺️

Huge soup fan! I even make it in summer at 30+ degrees as so simple,reduces food waste and my kids adore the variety.

Avgolemoni is our absolute favourite,the Cypriot take on it though. I always make it extra lemony and more liquidy.
