Just that really! Interview is later this week, I’m already buying too much clothes trying to cut back I have this and a navy blazer to wear with. Blow dry, leather bag, long black wool coat. It’s a professional advisor role, large international firm

It may just be the lighting in the changing room, but the skirt is giving sheer/see through at the bottom. It’s not showing too much, but just makes it look more of a fun dress rather than ultra professional.

I think this is really depending on the particular organisation/industry for expectation.

Just make sure the v-neck doesn’t gape/you have a camisole on under (photo looks like it has a v-neck).
I’ve seen too many people showing way to much chest in interviews lately (most without intending to, i think)

You can get classy ‘unstiff’ (as you call it) interview clothes that aren’t see-through.

It’s from Zara but a while ago now, I don’t see it on website anymore

I work in a law firm and thats a perfectly acceptable outfit for interview I think.
