Tesco Xmas slots open at 6am 04/11 for delivery savers

When are we all logging in?
I’m ordering food to order from Durham which covers a massive area so slots always go quick.

I have done the Tesco online list so I can just slam the food to order through then plan to do the rest later.

I plan to login at 5amish on laptop.

I’m ready to go ! Last year couldn’t go via the App so got the site open, it will probs crash !

I'm logged in as normal with nothing different. Normally I'm placed in a queue. What's happening with you all?

Mine is now saying there is an error on their side and to come back later

Me too and I never remember either. I thought it would open at 5.30. I was placed in a queue around 5.43.

Yes if you’re not on the plan, you won’t be able to do it today,

I don't think you'll be able to book when the slots open if you're not on a plan. The queue stays paused until 6am then you find out where you are in the queue and have to wait til it's your turn. Nail biting stuff!

I had a look at their Christmas food offerings the other day after salivating over M&Ss right before. I don't recommend it. I don't want anything from Tesco now.

I am here too. What date is everyone going for? I am working 20th/21st/23rd and 24th 8am - 8.30pm so need the 22nd as it is my only day off and do not want to trawl around the bloody supermarket. I have not had any problem with getting a slot in 3 years now. Good luck!

Agree with PP that there isn't usually a problem BUT you should always prepare to make a mad dash to the shops just in case. I have to send my husband every Christmas Eve for something I’ve forgotten as opposed to something subbed.

I always go for 23rd, then we have time to go to a shop in case there’s anything missing. I don’t think we’ve ever had a substitution or anything missing on an Xmas shop though so 🤞

I won't be ordering the meat from them or festive pre-made stuff apart from PIB, sticking to Waitrose after an expensive but terrible turkey from Sainsbury's two years ago. I make my own pudding. Jusr a regular food shop with Christmas dinner veg and some other festive extras.

Would you start queuing for a concert at the time it started? 😉

I tend to go for 23rd as I make the stuffing, veggie main course and cranberry sauce on 24th.
