New allegations against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Muffinmam · 03/11/2025 01:18

Last night an episode of 60 Minutes (Australia) aired and an allegation was
made that it wasn’t just girls who were trafficked to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by Ghislane and Epstein - there were also young boys.

I’ve included the link below:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hk-9SfptZlU&pp=0gcJCR4Bo7VqN5tD

This allegation never made it into the book because the writer never had a second witness to concur. However, he revealed it in the 60 Minutes interview last night and 60 Minutes aired what is a defamatory allegation - which makes me think that 60 Minutes felt confident it was true (otherwise their lawyers would have killed the story). It was a very short reference but British Police need to interview Ghislane as to Andrew’s other victims.

Further, AIBU to think that the Royal Protection officers should be made to answer questions as to criminality involving Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor?

Also, how can Beatrice & Eugenie still support their disgusting father after everything we know? Do they not care about their own children? Particularly Beatrice’s young step son. Hopefully Andrew is not allowed anywhere near this boy.

Is there any evidence that Andrew was involved with trafficked boys? If not, then I do not think it is right to pass judgement over him about this. I’m not excusing him, I just believe he has the right to be considered innocent until proved guilty. So many people have been desperate to call him a paedophile I get the impression they don’t actually care if the allegations against Andrew are true are not.

GnomeDePlume · 03/11/2025 15:08

My guess is that AMW was stripped of titles and is being banished into a Norfolk exile so that if he is appears in court (accused or witness) he will appear in court papers as Andrew Windsor of Anonymous Sounding Address, Norfolk rather than Prince Andrew of Royal Lodge, Windsor.

The RF will be aware that AMW is entirely devoid of honesty so wont have believed him if he has said there was nothing else to come out.

ChateauMargaux · 03/11/2025 15:04

Why do we care more if he abused boys than if he abused girls?

Because he was ostensibly heterosexual? I don't know, but people do generally care more, see the "live boy or a dead girl" comment from a few pages back. As in being found in bed with a an alive boy is equivalently bad as being found in bed with a dead girl.

Haven't rtft, but maybe this broadcast was signaled ahead of time to the RF, and was perhaps the motivation behind the action taken this week by KC, and the continuing stripping of military honorifics.

That’s what I’m thinking.
I also agree with pp’s re Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie; this is a really horrible time for them. I’ve always thought how well they have turned out despite their awful parents but I think the late Queen was a caring and kind influence.

I've encountered AMW twice. The first time was in the 80s and I was a student cycling through my university city and got caught up in his very slow moving motorcade so was forced to dismount and stand till the vehicles passed. His car stopped just where I was standing.

I was very pretty in those days and his eyes somehow locked on me. He stared and stared in an insolent almost challenging manner. I think he was expecting me to smile coyly or drop my gaze or something, but I didn't. I just stared back. He stared back for what seemed like forever. It was very bizarre. Never forgotten it.

The second time was in the early/mid 00s when he was on a trade envoy visit. He clearly had not read his briefing, did not even attempt to feign interest in what he was being shown, and was rude and abrasive.

Regarding any criminal charges in this country - VG was over the age of consent in 2001. Trafficking legislation in this country was not in force until 2003. It cannot be applied retrospectively.

If anything it's probably the alleged financial impropriety that could prove to be his undoing, depending on the evidence.

Maccy, I'm sure YOU wouldn't like to be punished for something your dad had done. What you propose is so unreasonable that I wonder if you are just envious that they are HRHs and princesses.

I'm also not at all sure that the daughters benefited from their parents' dodgy connections. They're royal princesses with trust funds from the late Queen and before that, the Queen Mother. What could Epstein possibly have offered them?

Hello? What is it with you and the idea of punishment? Please work on your reading comprehension.

Also, why on freakin earth would I be jealous that they are HRHs and princesses 😂I've been on mn for over a decade but this has got to be one of the most out there posts🎖

I'm afraid, you make very little sense so I stop engaging. But your loyalty to the Yorks is strange. Maybe write them a letter of support, they'd probably appreciate it. Most amusing.

It was in an FBI report

And was that FBI report released to the public, or is that yet another unsubstantiated rumour?

The view that the two daughters should not be punished in any way because of what their dad did is a view shared by most, including the king. It's a logical, rational view enshrined in the phrase about not punishing offspring for the "sins of the fathers." I'm not sure why you think I make little sense - the viewpoint is very clear to most - or what your issue with the word punishment is. Maybe it's you that should work on your reading comprehension!

They absolutely would not.

When Prince Philip died, followed by the Queen, I wondered whether any more evidence would emerge to substantiate the rumours about his behaviour. But no.

He liked to have a joke etc, and he had good friends who were female but I don't think there is any definite proof that he was unfaithful.

He also had experienced the demotion of the monarchy in Greece, and I think he would very much not have wanted to bring the British monarchy into scandal. He seems to have been a very loyal support to the late Queen in many ways.

The BBC that did the interview that moved the dial on how Andrew was treated in public life and started the process of him being stripped of titles and patronages?

It was Emily Maitlis we can thank for that. The same Emily Maitlis who hasn't exactly been treated well by the BBC and has suggested that its broadcasting policy is influenced by the Conservative Party.

Re. your first anecdote - wow, how totally bizarre and really sleazy! Yuck. 🤢 All the allegations probably made a lot of sense to you, then.

It makes no sense as I am not talking about punishing 😊

I honestly don't believe all the lurid rumours about Prince Philip. The press would have been on that in an instant.

They wouldn't.

Back later with Phil's inbreeding coefficient. Andy must have got it from somewhere.

I agree - I don't believe any of the rumours about Prince Philip at all, and never have. Not a single person has ever come forward with any proof, not even anonymously. It's all just lurid, muck-raking rumour.

there is a declassified fbi report into the unsavoury activities of Lord Mountbatten and his wife. Another declassified fbi report linked Prince Philip to the Profumo affair.

“shared by most”?

'Most' is meaningless without a defined population. Most of whom?
Most according to what data? Most compared to what baseline?

I’m concerned that some posts here read more like loyal York fan messaging or a very poor attempt at PR. If the latter perhaps it’s time to consider a more professional agency.

I think he might have had an affair back in the day, but I certainly don't believe the stuff about Penny whatever her name is.

I do not believe any shite about HMQ having an affair or any questions over Andrews father.

I am however curious about the allegations that Andrew lost his virginity at 11 as arranged by a friends father.
WTF is that all about. Who, where, when?

Was he also a victim of abuse?

Sarover · 03/11/2025 15:58

@Horsie the media HAVE on many, many occasions mentioned Prince Phillip’s most serious extra marital relationship. It’s also in The Crown. The Mail in particular have often referred to it. She lived with him at Wood Farm in Sandringham. She was referred to as his ‘close companion’ and very often photographed together. For some reason MN used to delete posts mentioning her name. Let’s see what happens if I do it now. Penelope Knatchbull.

Sarover · 03/11/2025 16:00

So, my post mentioning Prince Phillip’s close companion was hidden immediately. This always happens when her name is mentioned.

Do we know they were underage? Not that it's great fro the RF even if they weren't.

Where's the underage bit come into it? This is where I'm confused. Not taken too much notice of this but never actually heard of underage girl's

DontGoJasonWaterfalls · 03/11/2025 01:45

Beatrice and Eugenie's response and reaction is no indication of how much they care about their children, nor do they owe anyone a front row seat to how they process this.

One thing I'm very grateful for is to not have been in the public eye when similar information came to light about my father. No one who hasn't experienced this before has any right to judge how they respond to it, and they have the right to process it privately.

Yep that is one bit the OP is out of order about!

AutumnLover1989 · 03/11/2025 13:34

What can't you get your head around?!? It's sex trafficking,Diddy is in PRISON for similar. Their ages are irrelevant!!

I'm not sure it was a crime then

Sarover · 03/11/2025 16:24

I won’t bang on about this as I don’t want to be permanently banned from MN. I’d just like to point out again, that the name of Prince Phillip’s close companion, the woman he lived with at the end of his life. Well, her same is banned on here. It’s not just that someone reports you for mentioning it and your post is eventually hidden. It’s hidden immediately you write it. That’s the kind of power the RF have to hide things. Google her name (it’s all over the internet) and try writing it on MN yourself and see what happens.
