Everything I have ever heard and seen in my 50 plus years of life suggests that attraction to teenagers is a male thing, whatever the gender of the teenagers. You may very occasionally find a woman who fancies teenagers but it is extremely rare, while it's depressingly normal for men.

A situation in which an 18-year-old man has a one-night-stand with a 50-year-old woman to win a bet with his mates is a bit different to a situation in which an 18-year-old man is pursued by his 50-year-old boss, for example.
