I am 37 and anyone under around 25 or so looks like a kid to me. I can't imagine actually wanting to have sex with someone that young.

Gross. Let's imagine a 50 year old with someone who is 17 and 11 months (a child). Then fast-forward a month, yes they're technically an adult but the same person as before. Just weird.

The age difference implies a power difference which people have rightly pointed out is pretty grim ... however I would want to know more before reaching that conclusion, some 18 year old men can also be predators / visit prostitutes/ take advantage of vulnerable women.

I'm 38 and cannot comprehend a grown woman who would see an 18 year as anything more than an overgrown child.

Do you have any figures or proof? I know as a woman I couldn't sleep with someone that young and I'm not 50 yet. Seems to be most women on here think similarly.

I emphasise men however. Not boys. A teenager, even if 'legal', is a boy. I don't know any woman my age who could look twice at a boy that young. It's ick in the extreme.
