The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded for "fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses".

Considering he is sending in active troops to his own cities, the fiasco that is rent a cop ICE,appeasing warmongers (Putin and Netanyahu), wouldn't allow Palestinian ambassador to attend a UN summit and created a hostile international trading environment I would say he may not be best candidate.

I think even if you stop some wars, if you threaten to start taking over other countries (Greenland, Canada..) or actually do violent acts in other countries (Venezuela), or use your power and wealth to destabilis other countries (many, many, many via tarrifs, and instant removal of aid programmes that will result in the deaths of 100,000s of people. You dont get a Nobel peace prize.
Its a bit like if Im really kind and give one neighbour loads of help and money and then run over deliberately my other neighbour, I will go to prison still.
