The Royal Navy has conducted many successful drug busts in the Caribbean. Always by intercepting boats and searching them. Never by just blowing boats out of the water on the off-chance.

Live by the sword die by the sword, they don't deserve a fair trial.

In any civilised country, everybody deserves a fair trial.

So what if you're not living by the sword but someone else decides or says you are? That makes it fine for them to kill you?

The Nobel Peace Prize is there to acknowledge efforts to drive peace but also crucially for promoting democracy. Authoritarian leaders can't qualify. But then authoritarians are usually very good at patting themselves on the back for whatever they fancy, deserved or not.
