Nearly 500 arrested for support for Palestinian Action Group a proscribed terrorist organisation

This is getting ridiculous. The same group, think they can do what they want which includes, using a sledgehammer to attack a person, breaking into a military base and causing millions of pounds worth of damage. Hatred towards Jewish people.

It appears these people feel the law doesn't apply to them. None of the above is peaceful protest. Stronger sentences or fines are needed.

The protest on the weekend in London was just a load of pensioners sat down with signs. That's it. Why bother moving them? I think the media are complicit in stirring up division because why even bother reporting it? There was no violence and nobody there was pro-Hamas fgs. Quite the opposite! It is perfectly possible to be concerned about civilians being bombed in Gaza AND anti-semitism. But the media have to make out everyone is either 'far-left' or 'far-right' when most people are sympathetic to Palestinian people, Jewish people and obviously the hostages. It's like the nation has lost common sense.

Oh come off it! The thugs I saw weren't outliers, they were bog standard hate marchers. There's plenty of footage available of what they're all like. Palestine Action is a terrorist group who carried home made weapons and attacked police with sledgehammers. Anyone who supports them has a broken moral compass.

Anyone who supports attacking innocent people has no moral compass.

Agree?

sunandfizz · 06/10/2025 13:14

Why not just leave them in Trafalgar Square ?

sunflower1022 · 06/10/2025 13:17

WestwardHo1 · 06/10/2025 12:59

Do you honestly think things like this feature on the radar of most of those marchers? The ones who Matthew Syed spoke to, who weren't actually aware of the current peace deal that Trump is among others trying to broker? (TRUMP = BAD). The ones who danced in delight at the news that people have been murdered at a synagogue? The ones who refused to countenance, even for a day, a delay in proceedings in order that those affected may mourn their dead and come to terms with the fact that in the UK they are manifestly no longer welcome or even safe (and please don't come back at me with "yeah but Palestinian children"). And the ones who are so convinced that they are moral crusaders it appears to have withered their intellect.

And yet we are the BAD people who are not sitting on the right side of history with our wholehearted support of the "Free Palestine, from the river to the sea" rhetoric?

It’s unbelievable isn’t it?

Yep. That's the photos I saw. Sitting down with signs.

It's weird because the same people calling these 'hate marches' are the same ones attending and excusing the actual hate marches last month.

People did not dance in delight after the terror attack last week what a disgraceful thing to make up.

Have you proof? Or are you just pushing hate speech. Because that's what it seems like.

So you saw propaganda photos. Oh look at us hiding behind what we want you to think are 'respectable' middle classers who are your betters and disabled people.

Myself, I saw them rampaging. Shrieking in my child's ear with a megaphone. Swarming around everyone. Trying to cause chaos in shops, threatening the safety of the staff. Giggling and capering around like feral beasts. Peaceful my arse. In fact, every time now I hear someone say peaceful or anti-racist I know it means the opposite.

Should I even say I've never attended or excused a march? Because it doesn't matter one whit. All that matters is that I condemn the Palestine Action ones. Like other posters have pointed out, they're not even about Palestine so arguing about Israel and Palestine is a distraction. The real purpose is themselves, it's an excuse for lawlessness and thuggery.

I actually don't know the family you were speaking about. It's weird that you'd just bring them up out of no where and then pretend to be offended.

Odd.

Perhaps you could do a bit of googling and address your ignorance if that's the case.

Odd.

The you might understand why your claim that Israel has "infiltrated the British government" might have certain connotations.

I think you're lying to push your own narative tbh.

Also realised where the who 'celebration' thing came from.

Nigel Farage.

It's a bit of a cheek to speak about ignorance 😂

You know I was talking about Israeli lobbyists and parties like Labour Friends with Israel.

Next thing you're talking about America and trying to pretend I've said something which you said, that has offended you.

What a privilege it must be.

LakesLovely123 · 06/10/2025 13:37

Let's talk about paid propaganda? Paying influencers to push incorrect narrative? Infiltrating forums, social media? With those all pushing a narrative which doesn't agree with reality.

The Israeli government have invited chief instigator Tommy ten names to come over for a visit, which I'm sure is very innocent and the theme is 'love and peace'

Nothing short of bizarre, isn’t it? Like inviting Oswald Mosley.

He's a 'courageous leader' apparently.

Yes everyone except you is a shill for Israel 🤪

I totally understand how conspiracy theories have taken over people’s lives now. What a waste of everyone’s time.

I didn't say you were.

It's not a conspiracy theory that Israel use such methods, however. Widely publicised. Happy to provide reading material if you need it.

Excuse me?! How dare anyone call me a liar. Are you saying I'm lying about what happened to us on the way to see The Book of Mormon on Thursday? Would you like a copy of the ticket to prove I was there at the time - or would the crime number of the police report I later filed satisfy you? But again it's projection because some people are so embedded in lies and lurid fantasies they're afraid of truth.

Not the slightest idea what you're wittering about re 'the who celebration' and 'Farage'.

I mean there's videos of the protests on YouTube and the only people people aggressive are those disagreeing with them.

But yes, I don't find you a credible source for information.

I find you adapt and manipulate the truth to suit your own narrative.

SomethingFun · 06/10/2025 14:54

Well duh. All governments are aware of the power of social media in swaying public opinion or have you forgotten Brexit?

I feel like an Israeli could say ‘it’s a beautiful day’ and some people would take that as proof of pure evil because someone, somewhere is not having a beautiful day and it must somehow be the fault of Israel. If they’re controlling our governments and our social media it’s amazing how you have managed to get through the misinformation and focus on what’s really happening. Astonishing.
