What are your favourite tv shows of all time?

I’m not much of a tv watcher but I’m about to be in bed for an extended period of time (major surgery). Was hoping for tv shows recommendations. Just trying to think of ways to occupy my time.

Have bought a bunch of books and downloaded some games to my laptop.

I loved The Sopranos. But there isn’t a particular genre I don’t enjoy.

Happy to see lots of people mentioning Modern family (which i forgot on mine list).
They were amazing. As someone with foreign accent and occasional issue with words her "Do you even know how smart I am in Spanish" touched me😂

Person of Interest - best series ever, absolutely gripping, set in Manhattan, fantastic actors & actresses, utterly original concept for me, strong female characters, very unusual story lines and the gorgeous chic Jim Caviezel, love a Man in a Suit, with a lovely dog! 100% perfect. When life is stressful i rewatch the dvd box set.
