Backlash against Trans women

Anyway, bloke during story moaned that 'we are currently seeing a backlash against trans at the moment, particularly trans women' (men), and 'that's not a world I want to live in'.

I mean seriously, the TRA has been abusive to women for years for even mentioning any concerns, yet now trans women are victims (again). Perpetual victims it seems. These men are frankly ridiculous. I get fed up of the men in dresses and their victimhood.

They’re quite a loud, demanding, entitled minority of the population though. And what they are demanding is misogynistic, unreasonable and absurd.

I can only assume that if, for example, you are a six foot plus former hockey player with a tendency to burst into tears when thwarted by a five foot nothing in her socks middle aged menopausal woman, then it illustrates how superior your heightened emotional sensitivity is compared to us poor creatures who are only women because we were born women, and haven’t tossed and turned for probably weeks and weeks of sleepless nights in a quandary about our true identity.

Just another example of how much better men are at being women than women are at being women, you’d think we would have recognised and accepted this phenomenon of nature by now.

They are a very noisy bunch of men. The news story I referred to was main news ITV and someone managed to shoehorn in poor trans identified men! No pushback when he boo hoo hooed from the reporter.

Also I don’t believe that trans people make up as much as 0.5% of the population. That would mean there’d be about 300 in the smallish town where I live. Nah, I’m not buying it.

Also there’s nothing that trans people can’t do that anyone else can’t do… they can be housed, marry, have children, adopt, be employed, wear whatever they like, receive education, healthcare and benefits, be in relationships with whoever they want, just the same as well, everyone else.

What they can’t do is impose on opposite-sex-only spaces/provision/services, control other people’s thoughts/beliefs/knowledge of facts/language, or engage in objectively morally-questionable and criminal acts (grooming, sexual assault, voyeurism, exposure, verbal abuse, raising vexatious complaints etc. etc.).

I know that society has grey areas and nuance to it but I just can’t see where the problem is, other than that a very small number of men (mainly) get very upset that a lot of people say no to their (often sexualised) wants and desires.

What has gone too far is that major news outlets are constantly describing male rapists and sex offenders as women just because these men say they are. What’s gone too far is that statistics for sexual crimes is being skewed to pretend that more women are enacting these crimes than they are. What’s gone too far is that women who are affected by this have been told to refer to their rapists as “She”.
What’s gone too far is men in women’s prisons raping inmates.

And doubling down on the lies. Of course we question what they print, when we know they have a habit of lying to us.

I don't believe women are disadvantaged in the slightest, I largely see the trans issue as a 'non-issue'. I don't agree that trans identified people should be getting any of this recent attention, people are the sex they are born. Wear what you want and call yourself what you want. That's the beauty of freedom we all enjoy.
