the hotel in Ireland is full and the bride is expecting me to 'not to worry about it we'll sort something out, & that I'll 'just have to bunk down with someone' ie a complete stranger as I don't know any of her friends.

Sponkle I can't bear it. Tell me where the wedding is, or I'll have to ring every B&B in Ireland and say 'have you got a reservation for Mrs Sponkle?". Then I'll say, well, don't give her an Irish breakfast. give her............... muesli and green tea and a fekkin grapefruit. no, half a fekkin grapefruit.

So wheres the feckin wedding then??

No way will you have to be back at B&B for 10pm, unless you have booked into the convent.

Now you be sureand come back and tell us ALL about the wedding sponkle.

So where was it again?

Blueskythinker · 04/06/2008 15:17

My DH's 2 aunts are both nuns, and even they wouldn't expect to be back from a wedding at 10pm.

We just ask our guests to come in quietly.
