To think MN posts should show the age bracket of the poster?

I think it would be really useful if the age bracket of each poster was included next to their username, e.g. WhiteNoiseBlur (35-45). Just so people’s opinions could be put slightly into context! What do you think?

I don’t think it’s necessary but I must say I there have been some opinions I’ve expressed where people assume that I am middle aged when actually I’m 30 lol it’s bizarre how people think that everyone of a certain age must think the same (all Gen Z and millennials are woke snowflakes and all boomers are clueless dinosaurs)

I’ve seen lots of posts where people respond to the OP with “with respect OP, how old are you?” Implying that age is actually quite relevant to understanding their situation. Oh well - it was just a thought! Maybe it would be fun to have it as a “click to reveal” option to see if you can guess right 😂

If I think my age is relevant, I will sometimes mention it in a post.

I want to know poster’s favourite colour when they talk about finances and I feel that knowing which season they prefer makes a massive difference when talking about weaning.
Not forgetting hair colour on the weight loss boards! How are we supposed to answer without this??
