AIBU to ask you what to call my son…

My son is due tomorrow. We’re stuck on names!

Surname will be Kington Hall.

Our other son is called Leo, middle name John.

We both quite like James, Ben, Ryan, Eliot, John, Roan/Rowan/Rohan, but I don’t love any of them as much as Leo.

I like Harry, Jack, Arthur, Archie, Alfred, Albert, but DP doesn’t.

He likes Ethan, Marcus, Nathan, but I don’t.

I honestly feel like we’ve thought of every name and none of them are quite right.

Please help!!!

Rowan is so common now and to be honest it’s an awful name!

Can't go wrong with James I think.

@BrendaSmall , it's not that common, but there are many similar names around. Roman is more popular, and Ronan not unusual.

When I was expecting I told my oldest “this is a baby brother or sister for you” he said “yes I know, her name is X”
When a little boy arrived, we waited for our oldest to meet him and he ran into the room yelling “is it my X, is she here” I gently said no, and he said “Oh it’s Y then”
Y stuck.

Either way, there would probably be a few Romans in his year, and a Rohan or Ronan, so it would seem samey.
