AIBU to ask you what to call my son…

My son is due tomorrow. We’re stuck on names!

Surname will be Kington Hall.

Our other son is called Leo, middle name John.

We both quite like James, Ben, Ryan, Eliot, John, Roan/Rowan/Rohan, but I don’t love any of them as much as Leo.

I like Harry, Jack, Arthur, Archie, Alfred, Albert, but DP doesn’t.

He likes Ethan, Marcus, Nathan, but I don’t.

I honestly feel like we’ve thought of every name and none of them are quite right.

Please help!!!

I always liked Alex, Euan, Rhys and Daniel for a boy, but had 2 girls, which seem to match with your likes...

I do quite like Alex, Euan/Ewan, Daniel… definitely ones to consider. Thanks!

How old is Leo? Could you offer him up your three favourites and let him pick?

I think Leo & Rowan sound great together.

I also like Leo & Asher, Leo & Reuben, Leo & Ellis, and Leo & Wilfred.

He’s almost 3, but whenever I ask him what he thinks his brother should be called he either says “Leo” or “Baby Boy”. But yes maybe if I give him a few options he would be able to choose!

James (or Jamie) has never aged.

Lucas or Luke if you want to stick with L. (I know a family with 6 kids, names all starting with R).

David is also pretty timeless.

Just some random thoughts.

I like Oliver but DP does not. Same with Oscar.

If you like James, what about Joshua or Jacob, I also like Benjamin, can be benjy as a toddler and Ben as an adult
