Just that, they seem so deliriously in love in every picture I've seen of them.

More power to them if they are that happy, they've both hit the jackpot in so many ways.

But.. to still look so enthralled with each other after so many years??

On the topic of Ireland having had a gay Taoiseach, yes, but I think the USA is very very far from electing a gay president, which is presumably what Clooney would want if he went into politics?

It took Ireland a while to shake off some of the catholic hangover but shake it off they have. Not so sure about conservative America.

Amal is not some mindless wannabe hitching her wagon to some sad no hoper, she is a very bright, hugely successful, internationally well regarded lawyer and was before they met. Why would she risk her hard earned professional reputation by pretending to be something she isn’t?

I've always seen the rumour GC is gay but he's dated a lot of women in his time, would all those women be prepared to be a beard? It's also a bit unecessary. He was also 50 odd when he got married, again a bit unecessary to go through a whole marriage at 50, to cover up being gay when the rumour had already been around for many years.

Both are very attractive successful people. Lots of money so very little day to day drudgery. Why would they not be in a real relationship? Its not like it's hard to be attracted to either of them

An older relative moved to California in early 80s and worked in construction and met George Clooney. He was by all accounts very much into women and a good lad.
