To ask how people get their clothes smelling so nice???

I just got a dress through that I bought on eBay and it smells so good! Like the smell that comes out of a laundrette as you walk past.

I was my clothes using various washing powders and dry them on the line outside where possible. They smell clean but neutral - not this really strong 'just washed' smell!

What is the secret, proper grown ups??

Not read all the thread so may have been said but in addition to all the scent suggestions, make sure you are not over filling your washing machine, smaller loads come out smelling stronger.

I spray my perfume on my clothes instead of my skin due to skin allergies and it lasts so long.

You can get linen sprays specifically for spraying clothes and scented ironing water.

I always get comments on how I smell nice!

Oh God you'll have all the, "Fabric softener gives me a headache, a sniff of perfume makes me vomit and the slight whiff of a plug in makes me take to bed for a week with a migraine" crew out now!

😂 yes. It’s not my cup of tea, soI do get that some people don’t like it, but they always seem to act like it’s some superiority thing, and a moral failing on the part of the person daring to use a scented product.
