NHS tried to fire Sandie Peggie and bully her out of her job just for insisting on female only changing rooms. They tried to paint her as far right in court. They made her life hell. Hounded her out of her job by suspending her. Peggie was cleared in her tribunal yesterday.

The male ‘doctor’ identifying as a woman who was complicit in this said in court that he thinks biological sex is a nebulous dog whistle. Imagine that. That’s a doctor who is treating patients who has unilaterally re-written the fundamental laws of human biology health sciences. Would you want to be treated by a doctor like that?

How can patients trust the NHS?

It’s astonishing how many people are willing to beclown themselves for gender ideology. Watching people lie so ridiculously in court is incredible. Yesterday the NHS Fife EDI head said she didn’t know her sex as she doesn’t know her chromosomes - she has a degree in immunology which is very sex specific. previously DrUpton testified he was a biological woman. He’s a doctor!!

Sandie Peggie’s employment tribunal has a further 9 days scheduled so it’s not over yet.

SP was cleared of all charges in a separate investigation at work - this has been ongoing for 18 months. The doctor made several complaints including accusations of SP leaving a patient as she didn’t want to be with the doctor. SP was cleared of these ridiculous “revenge” charges (how dare you challenge me I’m a lady etc) on the eve of the tribunal resuming.

SP sued the NHS & Dr Upton.

SP wants this played out in court and is not interested in settling AFAIK.
SP is marvellous.

NHS Fife has had a number of high profile cock-ups in the press over the past 10-15 years, although, tbf, the two major stooshies were at Ninewells.

However, it is subject to the court system and thanks to brave women is being challenged.

This isn’t an NHS issue, it’s been happening everywhere. It’s egregious because the NHS should know better, and because the NHS cannot afford this kind of malarkey.
The NHS has other serious issues- I don’t actually think this is one of the most important for the NHS. Though it is for all women in all places, obviously.

The effects of Stonewall policy ie TWAW has affected single sex provision, collection of data on gender in place of sex, and gaslit us all. These policies still stand today in NHS hospitals as those responsible for changing them are staff like Isla Bumba.
It is still dangerous to speak out for single sex provision; our politicians, NHS managers and unions have stepped aside.
We still have diversity training courses that state we should accept that children as young as 3 may present as trans - surely in the past this would be a safeguarding issue? Common sense is out of the window. Sex matters in healthcare - Drs renouncing biology is worrying; the BMA leadership have rejected the CASS review.

I suspect one of the issues for the NHS is its gargantuan size. It’s a behemoth with a lot of momentum. It must be like trying to turn the QE2.

Time will tell but it seems fair to say that the “middle classes” have been responsible for embedding gender bollocks into the NHS, BBC, civil service, schools, universities, arts etc.
