AIBU to think I have no liability here? (diagram attached)

I think I'm fairly sure on this but can't stop panicking so I thought I'd ask on here.
Friday night I had a car accident. It was a real shock and it's only now that I've stopped to think about it that I'm feeling really really cross.
In the diagram I'm the blue line, the other driver is the green line. The thick lines show where we went, the thin lines indicate where you would have expected us to be going. Given that the lady tried to tell me she'd been going straight on when obviously she didn't makes me wonder if she had a mad moment!
Anyway, this particular roundabout leads onto a bridge over a dual carriageway. On the other side of this bridge you can go left onto a local road, or right to join the dual carriageway.
When we joined the roundabout, the other car was to my left. Neither of us indicated before joining the roundabout, however I did indicate left after I passed the 1st left exit as I was planning to go over the bridge and turn right to join the duel carriageway. As I was about to leave the roundabout the lady turned in front of me to head back round the roundabout and I hit her in the side of the car. Slow speed, maybe 15 mph.
It turns out that we have the same insurance company just to complicate matters.
I'm pretty sure that she is liable for this accident, what do you all think?

YABU: you are liable
YANBU: you are not liable

I didn't think you'd answer the question about the diagram @TwinklySquid , to do so, you would have to admit that you are in fact completely wrong and you have no idea how to navigate multiple lane roundabouts.

It was pretty obvious that you haven't got a clue (plenty of opinions though!), so you're just here to argue with people then it seems.

Good name though! ( @TwinklySquid)
And yes, it was indeed the other driver that caused the accident. And I strongly suspect the very nice lady admitted it to the insurance company too. We all make mistakes sometimes!
I'm baffled by how this thread is even still going 🙄

I think it’s the fascination with someone who continues in the belief they are rock solid correct despite being proved wrong, time and time again.

But, hey, as the saying goes, you can’t cure stupid.

Are you hunting for a new car OP or will you be buying yours back from the insurance company ?

I have my eye on a replacement atm but not sure how long a settlement will take. Any ideas?

It's normally not very long, just as long as it need to be verified that it is a write off. Have you been given a courtesy car?

If they are dragging their feet you can ring up and chase them up, some joyriders smashed into my car and I had a lovely brand new courtesy car, I rang the insurance 3 weeks later(!) to check progress as I hadn't heard a thing, and they seem to had forgotten my car completely, they actually asked ME if it was a write off.. I said well it looked like one, it was hit with such force it ended up in the next door but one's garden! Apparently I should have only had the courtesy car for around a week, it all went through within a few days after that.

Just something to think about though, if you have got one, as soon as they confirm write off and you agree a settlement you only have a few days left of the courtesy car, as they come and pick it up whether you have a new vehicle in place or not!

Oh dear heavens, you just don’t get it do you ? I honestly wonder how many accidents you have caused. The OP didn’t cause an accident; the other driver did.

The fact the OP asked here if she was at fault kind of indicates she did at least think she maybe.

I’ve never had an accident. Maybe it’s because I use the correct lane.

I seriously worry about some of the drivers on this thread.

Perhaps for the avoidance of doubt you could let us know which lane(s) you think the OP should have been in when entering the first roundabout, to take her last available (dual lane) exit, to proceed to the second roundabout to exit on the second (3 o’clock exit ?

Because if (you think) she should have been in the right hand lane some of us what to know what that lane is for.

Sorry, no idea.

I hope you have a speedy resolution though.
