Men with hands down the front of their trousers

Am I being unreasonable in thinking this is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I keep seeing young men out in public with one hand inside their trousers and very obviously on their dicks. My husband thinks it’s disgusting too and I rate his opinion.

My friend told me that she saw a man masturbating in a park a while ago.

I do think we women in general need to be stronger with this type of stuff in general.

I work in a prison. Lots of the men behave like this, and i challenge it every single time I see it. Its now got to the point where I can walk onto the landing and see men literally whipping their hands out of their pants when they spot me. It is both gross and hilarious. I take it very seriously, though, precisely because they're all going to go back out on the streets one day. Being told quite firmly that it's disrespectful and unacceptable might occasionally make a few of them stop doing it.

I work in a school (secondary) I have different approaches (theyre young, sone of them cannot handle me making a point to the whole class) but I will always bring it up. When their trousers are under their arse at the back I do tend to use the mum 'pull your trousers up' with a touch of toddler sing song. Unfortunately it needs saying.probably daily

What do you say to get them to stop?

"Can you take your hands out of your pants, please? It is not appropriate to do that"

Then, and this is the important bit, I stand and look at them until they move their hands. I don't belittle them or joke about it, but I make them more uncomfortable than they make my female staff. Its a balancing act.

YANBU. It is utterly gross, and I have noticed it a bit more in recent years. I have heard this referred to as ‘playing trouser hockey’, if only it was that hilarious. It isn’t, it’s vile.
