Would this piss you off? DP comment on day out

Day out yesterday, historical seaside town with various lovely view points. DP a bit grumpy all day and not paying a lot of interest to anything. Anyway, at one particular location I asked him what he thought of the view and he said ‘not great really….hang on, it’s just got a lot better now’ just as an attractive woman walked past, and he joked about her bum being the highlight of his day so far.

A bit disrespectful, surely? I told him to shut up and he said I should lighten up and ‘have a laugh’

turns out he’s 47. Not sure why that made me chuckle!

It made me laugh too. The thought of any of our similarly aged male friends spending so much time commenting on a Mumsnet sex forum is really amusing 😁

All very stereotypical “older” man type behaviour.

Mind you he’s being wound up by two or three of us and having to respond 2/3 more times than any of us, it’s hilarious.

Do you reckon when he argues with the wives, he is this dogmatic? In which case I can understand why one died from the waist downwards! I think I’d die from the head downwards to be honest.

He may not comment (or at least with the current username), but I’m sure he’ll have a little browse ……. 🤢!

It's very weird that MN seems to attract these sad little men. Sex is discussed all over the internet, so there must be a really special kind of void for them to be drawn here.

Would you have said similar to him? No. You would have probably just said "fine" or something non-committal.
