To ask for breakfast suggestions without eggs or avocado

I’m stuck in a rut of eating high sugar foods/snacks and need to kick this. I find if I start the day with something lower sugar it’s easier to avoid getting into that loop. However it is so hard to find breakfast suggestions that are low sugar (and ideally high in protein) without it involving eggs and/or avocado. Oh or overnight oats. What do you have?

I like a pan con tomate- grate a couple of large tomatoes, sieve excess juice and then stir in olive oil, salt and pepper and a tiny dash of vinegar. Serve on toasted sourdough with tuna or cheese.

or, a Turkish type breakfast with pitta, feta, houmous, olives, red cabbage and salad.

but tbh, only have time for this on weekends so normally Greek yoghurt and maybe some fruit or a couple of dates

Never liked cereals or porridge. I'm very partial to a crumpet or Lidl low gluten brown cob loaf.

I like kippers or smoked haddock for breakfast- DH hates the smell.
I used to share an office with someone who always had soup for breakfast.

What is it about eggs that you don’t like? Is it an allergy or can they be an ingredient? They are a versatile high protein ingredient if we can make them appetising for you.
otherwise I do like a hash of chopped bacon, mushrooms, leftover veg and potatoes ( not too many) with a spoon of pickle and some grilled tomatoes on the side

I like haggis in a full English. Adore white pudding.

Nearly every day I have two Linda McCartney veggie sausages in a seeded bun with lettuce, tomato and a slice of cheese. 25g protein, sausages cook in 10 mins in the airfryer and sees me through to lunch no problem at all.

Fruit with Greek yoghurt & raw almonds.
Grilled cheese on toast.
Sliced tomato & tahini on toast.

Oh this sounds really good, thank you.

Low fat greek yog with Joe Wicks granola and berries.

Saag paneer with two boiled eggs and sometimes a warmed tortilla.

Joe Wicks bean chilli with spoonful of yog.

Egg and egg white omelette with smoked salmon, lemon and pepper,.salad leaves and a bagel.

Some of these are carb loaded for post workout. Some are reduced carb. Either way they are all delicious. I am a savoury not sweet person and have never liked the British sweet-laden breakfasts we were brought up on .

You forgot to suggest avocado.

Bananas and blueberries whizzed up in Nutribullet with collagen powder and half water/ soya milk. Chia seeds too if I remember.
