I recently had my nails done and I’m in actual love with them. Can you be so in love with your own nails that you want to just stare at them forever and ever? So show me your nails now or your best nails! I told my nail tech to go ‘retro’ and that she did!!

Your nails are all making me jealous! I've just had my gels taken off after having them done for the last six months, and my nails are absolutely wrecked ☹️☹️☹️ So soft, splitting on the nail bed, I'm so fed up they won't be nice for Christmas.

That’s a shame. I do find that some polishes are more hardy than others, though, even with French. Maybe a different brand might be worth a go? 😊

My birthday nails!!!

I need to know what nail polish you are wearing I love a good glittery polish and your nails look cute and Christmassy.

That’s why I change mine every week too because I get bored very easily and want to try a different look. Think that’s why I never really got on well with Gels and acrylics because they last too long and I hate looking at the same thing for longer than a week also I am now extremely allergic to gels and acrylics. I do spend a lot of money on good nail polish though because I can’t stand having chipped nail polish when that happens I have to take the whole nail off and redo it because I can’t just put a coat of polish over it because that makes the chip stand out more.

Very cheap mini bottles of Primark coloured varnish then a top coat of silver glitter polish from wherever it's sold for a £ or two 🙂

My nails are bare right now and have had a couple of days without polish but I'll redo them tomorrow and post a new photo 💅

I'm loving all these nails, very creative.

I don't have nail art, but I have recently been able to grow my nails long for the first time! Now that my kids are grown and I'm not stressed and constantly cleaning and tidying, I've had the time to take care of my self much better, eat well and take my vitamins and protein! I hope you don't think I'm being unreadonable posting my boring nails here, but I've never had nice nails before.

This post may have inspired me to experiment with them!

My useless nails have always had the consistency of flaked almonds and won't grow long before bending and splitting, despite supplements galore over the years.
If I could, I'd have massive scary eyes on each finger.. 🥲 (And I'm posh as fuck, btw.)

@Giggorata my latest set has some roses with eyes 👀🌹! Very marmite but I love them. (I'm definitely not posh as fuck though 😂). My nail lady also posted another set with some trippy eyes the other day which I thought were very cool!

@SnakebitesandSambucas they're press ons, I haven't worn them yet (they only arrived yesterday). As I said very marmite but I love them, they're based on a skirt/dress from Hell Bunny.
