She reads tattle and they’ve mentioned this thread - Not hard for her to find out she’s being spoken about on here. She makes accounts to comment on the stories she’s sells to the DM, so I’ve no doubt she’ll be all over here too.

I can’t comprehend anyone who is aware of her behaviour justifying/excusing it regardless of whether her husband had an affair or not. You don’t have to like her ex to feel outraged for what she’s done to her children.

Anyone defending her or writing it off as devastation for being left four years ago needs to give their head a wobble.

She was abusing him, he left.

She has made it her full time job to harass, stalk, disparage, punish and destroy him ever since.

She pretends to be destitute to con hard working people into giving her money that she will no doubt spend on her tweakments or shipping fish on dry ice across the country.

She refuses to work and expects others to fund her life. She has stated that she refuses to get a regular job, yet put in her court filing that Ioan should get a regular job to earn more money to give to her. He gives her $4.5 a month. She must be the only person on the planet who can’t survive on that.

I can’t even imagine what emotional state her kids are in - The few bits we’ve seen are horrific, god only knows what else she’s been doing.

She dragged the divorce and custody cases out and drained all the money they had - She could have settled and bought herself a house, but chose revenge instead. She e-mailed her friend saying she was purposely going to drag it out.

Her choices are not just bad, they are deliberately malicious.

If you’ve read the court documents, please point out where at any point - Just one thing that he’s done to harm or abuse her. If you’ve read the haven’t read them, I suggest you do!

I mean come on, this is the woman who blamed Ioan leaving her on his own mother, then when she found out about Bianca, it was all of a sudden a 3 year affair, this is despite the fact that she was telling him and the girls they were going to be getting a new Dad, before he even ended the marriage.

So Alice is claiming imminent homelessness on Go Fund Me even though she gets $54,000 a year in court ordered support money. FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR! Even the boy who cried wolf would tell her to put a sock in it. From what the previous pages have discussed this seems to be the state of things:

1. Alice gets $4,500 every month in court ordered support, but seemingly wants people to think that she is penniless. She gets every cent of that money because in California there is no income tax on spousal or child support. So she has an annual income that far surpasses the "average" salary of a full time worker in the United Kingdom (which is around £35k). Again: she gets $54k per year for just existing - which is more money than the average worker in the UK gets for going to work full time. She is not impoverished.
2. Alice has a recently updated "Go Fund Me" account that claims she will be "homeless" due to lack of funds/guarantor. Curiously Alice failed to disclose on the Go Fund Me page that she actually gets $4.5k per month in court ordered support...if she has nothing to hide then why wouldn't she disclose on the Go Fund Me that she wants more money/guarantor IN ADDITION to the thousands of dollars she already receives each month? (Draw your own conclusions).
3. Alice claims she shouldn't have to get a full time job because she has "other jobs" (curiously she also does not disclose these "earnings" amounts in the pleas for help on her "Go Fund Me" page in which she claims she will be homeless due to lack of funds/guarantor). So, she's got $54k per year tax free, PLUS undisclosed money from "jobs" but still has a Go Fund Me account claiming imminent homelessness. What kind of person claims imminent homelessness (which by implication = imminent no funds) when they have that kind of income??? Yikes.
4. If you take a look online on the US versions of pages like "Rightmove" you'll see that there are LOADS of apartments for rent in Los Angeles that have multiple bedrooms and are in decent parts of town and cost less than $2k per month. Meaning Alice would still have an additional $2.5k in court ordered support per month, plus whatever money she is "earning". The math isn't mathing.
5. Per various news reports it seems that Alice and her ex had a valid prenup - so both sides have to abide by the contents of that prenup. She may now wish she hadn't signed a prenup, but sour grapes isn't a reason for a prenup to be invalidated.
6. Alice seems to be under the illusion (delusion?) that California is a "fault" divorce state...but it isn't. It is a "no-fault" divorce state. It means that people can get divorced without having to prove any fault whatsoever, which for most normal people means that the divorce is less costly, and less conflicted because there is absolutely no financial benefit to be gained from the divorce court from trying to prove whether there was infidelity. Bizarrely Alice seems fixated on trying to litigate her claims that her ex allegedly cheated on her (which he denies) - though her main gripe seems to be not that he cheated, but that he did so with a younger woman. It's unclear why Alice is fixated on this anymore because a) the divorce is done with, so complaining about it won't change it; and b) again: California is a "no fault" divorce state, and as such no court will award her any extra money even if she could prove there was cheating, plus of course there is a valid prenup in place.

I normally just read Mumsnet rather than commenting (hooray for the planning permission and building ideas pages in particular!!), but I am absolutely staggered that this person is claiming poverty when she makes more money per year than many MANY people on this site likely do. And as a divorced woman myself, who was cheated on and horribly abused it really is cruddy to see someone trying to get people to donate to a GFM when they don't disclose their actual financial situation in the GFM description. There are so many single mums in LA who are ACTUALLY homeless and need immediate help, and are trying to protect themselves and their kids from horrific poverty and domestic violence that it really gross that there is even a GFM in the first place for this person, let alone one that doesn't disclose that she actually gets thousands of dollars every month!!

But his claim to fame was that he had already headlined a huge well-known miniseries, and she was mostly known for dating Picasso’s grandson (so, society-page stuff) and being in some French-language TV shows.
