Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - you have blood on your hands

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:14

Am I being unreasonable to say that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - the Duke of York and member of the Royal Family has blood on his hands following the tragic suicide of Virginia Giuffre?

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has faced zero consequences for his role in Virginia Giuffre‘s sexual abuse and trafficking because he’s rich and his powerful mummy paid off the victim and the British police failed to pursue charges against him. To be clear, while the age of consent in the UK is 17 years old this does not apply to trafficking victims and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has never faced criminal charges.

He probably thinks he’s got away with it now she’s gone.

Poor Virginia. RIP.

Meanwhile Andrew is photographed enjoying Easter with King Charles and Queen Camilla. Queen Camilla, the champion of domestic abuse victims who’s also best friends with Jeremy Clarkson who published a violent sexual fantasy about her DIL, and who will be on TV with Prince William.

These people are all gross and protect each other. Virginia didn’t stand a chance of peace when she went up against Andrew and upset the Royal Family.

@m00rfarm

See savory’s post above and educate yourself a little

I am fully educated. But thanks for your comment. I don't let my dislike of someone overrule the law.

The police did not prosecute, Andrew was not charged and was not found guitly, therefore he is innocent. Reports say that the royal family put pressure on him to pay as they didn't want a court circus which given what has happened with Prince Harry I can believe but I don't know if that is true or not. The fact remains he has not been convicted or even charged with anything. If someone made an allegation against my family member or friends when they had not been charged or convicted I would be fiercely defending them. The principle of innocent until proved guilty is in my view fundamental - otherwise as a society everyone could in theory allegations however unfounded.

The pay off was so that the victim would drop charges, wasn't it?

who decided she should do this?

OneBrightBiscuit · 26/04/2025 08:59

He has a medical condition resulting from PTSD sustained in the service of this country which means that he cannot bleed.
The fluid on his hands is red whereas if it were blood it would be blue.
He was in pizza express at the time the alleged photo of the red fluid on his hands was taken and it is possible that the red fluid is ketchup, or that it has been photoshopped. He does not recall ever having met ketchup despite the photograph.
The ketchup was 17 and clearly knew what it was doing, despite having bought and sold and passed around involuntarily from customer to customer.

Tomatotater · 26/04/2025 08:59

@AnAlpacaForChristmasPleaseSanta when it came to Andrew, it wasn't a rare misstep. She indulged him and enabled his spoilt, arrogant behaviour certainlyvas an adult, and probably as a child too. There are many reports of him mistreating staff, and, when complaints were made, she defended and excused him. This was just the most public enabling of him. The Windsors are still making it clear he is very much still in the fold. They pay lip service to keeping him away and throw bones to the press about his 30 room mansion because they also know they need to keep the plebs onside.

I just wonder where her parents were in all of this, why was she allowed to be hanging around with these super rich guys and flying all over the world.

It would take around five minutes to read her early life. She had a history of abuse and being sex trafficked at 14. Later she had a legitimate job in a spa when picked up and groomed by Maxwell.

CantStopMoving · 26/04/2025 08:45

Sorry if this has been answered, apart from being a pompous idiot with bad taste in friends, what is he guilty of? I have never seen a shred of evidence that he did anything and the worst thing was that he may have had sex with someone who was legal but a bit ickly young. There was an awful lot of speculation but I’ve never seen any cold hard facts.

Sex with someone who was trafficked and having really really bad taste in friends

Boomer55 · 26/04/2025 09:01

I believe, in America, in the states, where any crimes allegedly happened, the age of any consent is 18.🤷‍♀️

He wasn't "photographed enjoying Easter with King Charles and Queen Camilla". He was photographed attending the same Easter Sunday service with them, which is quite different.
I've no time for Andrew, I'm glad the Emily Matliss interview confirmed what an odious, arrogant man he is. However, it doesn't help to create stories. What he has done is quite bad enough.

No there were no charges to drop it was a civil suit

Lol

It's really sweet that you actually believe any of the princes were in service in the way that actual servicemen & women are in service.

Yes, it's a tragic story of exploitation and grooming. So many girls and women are going through this, I'm glad VG found her voice and spoke up.
As usual, rich and privileged men get away with it. I'm glad Epstein faced justice. Many others won't.

This whole thread is about certain people being above law . That’s the point .

how many years ago was this?

This is a mad response.

araiwa · 26/04/2025 07:18

I've never heard him called that before

Age of consent in UK is 17?

Presumably you’ve never heard of human trafficking and grooming? A 17 year old is still legally defined as a child. Any grown man that goes after children much younger than himself is a predator, whether they can consent or not.

Sadcafe · 26/04/2025 09:05

Her death by suicide is very sad as was her whole younger life, but,in the eyes of the law Andrew has never been found guilty of anything , people may not like that and doubtless I’ll be slated for saying it, but it’s unproven in a court of law.

Theunamedcat · 26/04/2025 09:05

mids2019 · 26/04/2025 07:49

RF supporters are going to suggest the poor woman had mental health challenges for the majority of her life and there cast doubt on the validity of evidence given in court which is a horrible place to be.

I think this shows that obviously money cannot repair trauma tragically and it is now apparent VG was not out for a simple pay out when she took court action. Part of me thinks she always thought her life may end this way so needed to ensure justice to support her family.

No but she was badly abused by her family badly abused by Jeffrey badly abused by a lot of older men of course she had mental health issues

And she did make an allegation against someone then retract it she was in a bad place and exploited a lot

That’s the sad reality - most will get away with it which is utterly depressing.
