URGENT!!!passport renewal

hi all ive had to renew my passport as it ends on the 27th of may this year and im flying to morroco on the 11th of july
it says that it will take three weeks to come back to me unless its during peak times
im bassically asking are we in a peak time?
will it be here before my holiday?
will it take longer than three weeks?

I have just renewed mine, submitted the application on 9th April, posted my old one back on 11th (missed the post on 10th), received the new one on 23rd April.

Got mine back yesterday…I only sent it last Friday (I used the Post Office and they did it all, including taking my photo).

You are overly thinking this OP. You have THREE MONTHS before you travel!

Mine took a week last summer in the height of the holidays
