Men disagreeing with anything, better LTB
and don’t dream of defending a man for anything, that means you are part of the problem 😂

Boreded · 22/04/2025 03:49

And don’t forget you HAVE to self-identify your class otherwise how will we all live not knowing that you are better than us 🤣

tobee · 22/04/2025 04:02

Ghosting people

RumbleHoney · 22/04/2025 04:07

Not being able to drive
going to university in London

EasterDream · 22/04/2025 04:42

Saying that you’re going to send your kid to a school with a very predominantly working class intake and is a school which middle class parents would never consider

This is met with complete incredulity /disbelief

Liking football

’Screens’

Enjoying anal sex

Actually, enjoying any kind of sex, beyond grimly enduring once a week missionary in complete silence with a long-term partner, and only after both partners have showered

Getting up late

Having non-sporty children

Being unable to drive

Not dressing like Kate Middleton at weddings

Letting kids drink tea and coffee

Wearing perfume

Porn

Sharing any life updates or photos on social media

Stating one’s own personal preference for a season

Trusting one’s partner

Being working class

OMG YY to so many of these especially working class!! I mean wtf?! 🤣

also - what about a baby scan pic as your FB profile pic? We all know how well this goes down !!! 🤣💪

Bitchesbelike · 22/04/2025 05:03

The only problem with "Karen" is there are many really lovely people that are named Karen that I feel bad about 😩

The most gigantic pain in my arse was named Karen.
We were supposed to be old ladies together but we lost her to cancer back in 2007 before the “Karen” thing began.
I’ll forever be sad that I never got to say, “Please pass the salt, Karen,” and “Don’t forget to shut the door, Karen,” and “You’re a pain in the ass, Karen, and “I miss you so much I could cry, Karen.
You know - the typical Karen stuff.

Totot · 22/04/2025 05:41

Bottle feeding
Not having a baby between 30-35 (outside of this and you’re selfish)
Liking sex
Couples being able to choose their own wedding and not take into account every single guest’s preference
Being vegan
Being friends with the opposite sex if you’re heterosexual
Sending your child to nursery
Enjoying weddings and birthdays
Calling a child a name that wasn’t popular in the UK in 1900 (and god forbid a foreign name!!)
Having a competent adult partner
Liking fashion
Wanting a night away without your children
Liking your mother in law
Splitting the bill

Rabbitoney · 22/04/2025 05:42

Drinking more than 2 glasses of wine in a sitting means you have an alcohol problem and should seek help immediately. If done within a 100m of any children means you are an unfit parent and should have your children removed immediately.

Admitting that Australia is a great place to live and not the racist hellhole many MN posters seem determined to believe. Conversely, acknowledging that the UK is also still a great place to live with a lot to offer and not in fact a third world basket case.

Disasterclass · 22/04/2025 05:49

Doing anything perceived as American (even if it has origins elsewhere)

  • Halloween
  • Baby showers
  • General consumerism
Globules · 22/04/2025 05:54

Calling someone your partner after only knowing them 6 months.

Introducing a partner/boyfriend to your children (adult children included) before you've been with them a year.

Pointing out that the terms "give me the ick" and "get your ducks in a row" are awful childish phrases that should never be used by a grown woman.

Lazlothevampire · 22/04/2025 05:56

Not liking McDonald’s

Poor old Ronald doesn’t know where he stands on here.

Not going to A&E, now!

Spanador · 22/04/2025 06:05

Being fat
Taking weight loss injections because according to Mumsnet the only acceptable way to lose weight is to suffer by exercising for 6 hours a day and not eating any carbs. Anything other than that is cheating

broccolienthusiast · 22/04/2025 06:12

Anything vegan related.
Eating carbs!

Austenpirate123 · 22/04/2025 06:12

Sleep training. (and worst of all, cry it out.)
