Have you ever manifested something or someone and it’s happened?

It’s quantum mechanics.
It’s fully explainable, and you have to put work into achieving the correct mindset.
You have to learn how to slow down your brain waves. It takes practice.
Most people can’t conceptualize it, and that’s ok.
if you can change how you think, you can change everything else.

The idea that our thoughts are an observation of particles of sorts in order to change them to what we want is an attractive one. It is at best an idea from people who believe in, or make money from, manifestation in some way, there is no research that proves that to be the case and therefore cannot be considered quantum mechanics.

If the scientific research comes out to say that it is indeed the case that particles are changed by human thoughts, I will happily recant my stance.

I’m assuming @ncduetooutingsituationwas joking….

Absolutely it does! I used to be a regular middle aged woman with fat arse issues and now I'm a size 6 and earning more than Kate Moss!

OK, I reread it and still didn't pick that up myself.

I'm happy to be wrong but I stand by my post in case someone else thinks that it's quantum mechanics.

You’re right and I stand corrected. I was just hoping it was just quite a well written joke. My optimism will get me into trouble one day!

It’s just CBT by another name surely?
You change your thoughts in a committed and consistent enough way, that they then influence new behaviours, which achieve those goals.

Mix in a little cognitive bias for positivity and great outcomes, and your days will feel better, you’ll spot more wins and opportunities. A brighter outlook will likely bring more opportunities and luck since you’ll be a nicer/more open person too.

None of it works unless you do though. It’s the behaviours that make the magic, not sitting in a chair and wishing really hard.

I'm dyslexic so I can really miss the mark on reading so I just wasn't sure

I didn't read it as a joke either!
Wishes coming true really isn't quantum mechanics... it's luck! Or practice... or hard work.
