What one cocktail would you make to please a crowd of girls

Hosting my sister’s birthday. I want to make cocktails. The element in my home will be pyjamas and pizza. So quite relaxed. What cocktail can i make that will suit most people (wine, beer will also be available). I like quite tangy, spicy cocktails so don’t think my go tos would be a good choice.

Strawberry Daiquiri? (hate it)
Espresso Martinis? (Love)

Spicy margs can easily be a normal margs with a slight adjustment. I love a longer marg on the rocks (low ball glass) with a bit of pineapple juice and a Tajin rim

If I was coming to your party, I would being a bottle of wine/very good cremant, a bottle of spirits to add to the cocktail party and my own bottle of Tanqueray 10 with which to make martinis or G&T.

However I wouldn't turn down a well made negroni.

So I'd go with the idea of a cocktail bar where everyone can make their own. It's lots of fun and will get everyone chatting.

"Girls" should not be allowed to drink, so probably go for juice, or some other soft drink.

Limoncello spritz and you can add chilli slices for those who indulge.

I would say a Hugo Spritz. It's basically Prosecco and Elderflower liquer, it's long, pretty and fresh. It looks fun and classy in photos.

(I would always choose a margarita, but a Hugo is a great sociable, celebratory party drink).

For girls I would serve apple juice.
For grown women I would serve Bellinis.

I'd go with a madras, woo woo, cosmos or maybe sangria! I love pineapple jalepeno mojitos but they wouldn't be for everyone.

Limincello, prosecco and Lemonade with slices of lemon. Easy and straightforward plus refreshing.

I'm your typical fussy person! Love screaming orgasms and white russians, cosmopolitans, sex on the beach, pina coldas, French martini, expresseo martini, porn star martini.
But don't like lime or massively strong alcohol taste - so no mojitos or margaritas for me! But then I would just happily have a prosecco.
Prosecco with chambord or kir royale is also nice.
Agree with pp - do a couple of different ones, or get ingredients so people can make their own - and maybe ask people to bring something.

I don’t think you can do just one… I couldn’t drink a mojito if you paid me 🤮 but would be happy with a porn star martini. I’m sure other’s would love a mojito and hate a porn star martini! I think you need to do 2 or 3 to choose from.

Gonna have to try that poinsettia! Nigella's Santa's little helper is my favourite but you can't drink many of them. 😆Well, I can't.

My favorites don’t tend to be popular. I like things like Moscow Mules, with the spiciest ginger beer possible

frozen margaritas are easy to make in bulk and can be made at varying strengths so tend to please a crowd. You have to keep working the blender though.

honestly, I was going to suggest sangria before you said beer and wine would be available. It’s easy to make and feels very light to drink, even a red based sangria.

Singapore sling. It was designed for the ladies so fits the brief.

Pimms? With a bottle of gin to boost the alcohol for anyone who wants.

I don’t like any cocktails, just a plain G and T if I have to. Prefer a decent white wine.
