What’s everyone up to this weekend? :) it’s actually a sunny one here lots of washing out and maybe some gardening :)

So much of this sore throat and temp thing going round.

I'm just coming out the other side of it - no pain now - just hardly any voice and a sea lion bark cough 😫

Lazy morning here followed by DH gardening and me cleaning the house. All windows open, music on smelling lovely in here. Having lunch outside, will hang the washing before going for a nice long walk in about an hour. Home for duck donburi and some chocolate pudding.

Another walk and picnic tomorrow.

I love weekend like these.

Was luckily off at the end of the week so got all the washing done & dried outside. Spent the morning planting seeds in the greenhouse so now watching the rugby with the cat on my lap. Bliss.

Enjoying our garden! We've recently moved and got a garden for the first time (and a dishwasher!) - the kids are loving it!

Just back from a walk it’s beautiful here today and looking forward to wineoclock and binge watching the new series of the bay . Just booked a carvery for tomorrow so yay to no cooking

Housework . Gardening tomorrow and out to a music concert tomorrow afternoon.
I hate housework but love to have a clean house. It’s exhausting.

DH and I tidied out the porch/potting shed this morning. All set to get planting up again soon.
Also went into the local town for some things for lunch.
Once DH finishes cutting the grass, we'll have a quick wander round our local garden centre for some potting up bits.

I was out early to get some compost and spring bulbs for making up some pots for the back garden. Detoured home via the supermarket, then spent the next couple of hours planting and basking in the sun! The back garden is quite a sun trap, so it was warmer outside than in.
Did a lights wash as well, so that's merrily waving away outside in the sun. The first one of the year!
Plan for the rest of today is to chill - perhaps watch a film and/or have a bath this evening.
Tomorrows plan is to probably spend more time sitting out in the garden, give the bathrooms a clean, put another wash out, as it's due to be quite sunny again, and chit some potatoes for putting out in a couple of weeks.

Pilates class this morning, then came home and let our new rescue cat out into the garden for the first time 😍

Mowed the lawn and had a bit of a clear up. Changed kids beds, hung out lots of washing, cleaned bathroom.

DS went to the gym, DD has done feck all, OH went to Sainsbury's.

OH now watching the rugby, I'm in the garden contemplating a glass of wine.

We are going to light the fire pit later as it's the first nice day we've had. 🔥

Stayed in bed late then went for a walk with DC1, now doing a bit of pottering and cooking before friends arrive for rugby and food.
Tomorrow maybe meeting up with an old friend and not much else.

Gardening, been for a walk and to the pub beer garden 😄

Walking the dog right now. I say walking but I mean he sniff and quietly strolls round the field. I'm loving it in the sun.

Earlier dd2 and I did a deep clean of one side of the kitchen with the door open to outside. It feels so fresh and lovely now.

Tomorrow I am making a curry from my new cook book dd1 gave me for my birthday. Dd2 is having lunch with a friend so will be home later.

Dh was throwing up last night and has a stomach hug. Completely wiped out today and I suspect will be tomorrow to so he has a pass to just do what he can cope with thia weekend.

Dog is supervising us all (apart from right now where he is sniffing)

Clearing out the home office to give the plumber room to work next week. The 'hidden storage' had a few toys I'd kept. So bags to charity shop

Nothing. Wallowing and feeling depressed about the amount of clutter in the house and garden.

Sorting out the MoHo ready for a few days at the seaside.🏖️

Been away over the winter but that was just short trips to towns that we like to wander around. This trip will be for a few nights and will allow Ddogs to roam the beach.

Three lots of washing, a bit of gardening and a long walk today.
Going to see DS2 who is at Uni in York tomorrow. Out for lunch. Haven't seen him since the New Year... excited!
