Single and happy

It's been a long road, but tonight, I finally feel single and happy.
It's like a weight has lifted. Anyone else feeling the same?

For the first time in 3 years today I didn't even realise it was valentines day until I saw someone buying flowers at lunchtime.
This doesn't sound like much but I've been very very low for a few years and very very preoccupied with finding a partner , and suddenly, it's crept up on me and I feel better.

I'm not single any more but fuck yes. Emerging from a miserable marriage was literally the best thing that every happened to me. I love my partner but I absolutely loved being single and I miss it a lot. The idea that being in a relationship is the best state is the world's oldest con trick.

Hell yes I've never had a serious relationship normloved with a guy. I love how everything is where it is, it's just my mess and there is no drama in my house. I can't remember the last time I've had an argument about something or get irritated by something someone had done. I am just always content in my life.

I've just come back from a holiday that my friend really wanted to do, as in go on a holiday with me and it was okay but there was some whining and indecisiveness on their part and honeslty I came back thinking this is why I travel on my own 🤣

I'd like to live with someone. I do find living alone lonely at times but I don't feel that big lack that I had been feeling about being single in the world.
I'm just so happy to finally feel better! I love it when you don't even realise you've been healing

I am single and happy but would like a very good relationship. At least to experience a good relationship for once in my life 😂
But dating is the ghetto so….no.
