Is this bad? It's been there for years now. I've inconsistently tried a few things but it's on the ball of my foot and becoming painful now. Does anyone know if this is a bad one or not? I think it's formed a hard layer of skin around it because of the pressure of standing on it hence the pain. 
I am embarrassed by this, please don't judge! I think it came from having a weakened immune system at certain stages in my life. X
