I'm a side sleeper and often wake up with tension headaches that can turn into severe migraines that make me sick if I sleep a bit weird. My pillow isn't great, however my neck seems to be used to it for the most part because if I happen to stay over in a hotel and use a different pillow to mine I almost always wake up with a tension headache.
I'm looking for a new pillow with better support, it still soft and squishy. Something not too high or too flat that will retain its fluff and that's not memory foam.
I've come across these "double pillows" from Aeyla (hadn't heard of the brand before). They claim to have a more supportive inner core pillow with a fluffy outer pillow type cover around it that makes up the overall pillow. Has anyone used these before?

AIBU (or crazy?) to spend £70 on a single pillow? If it helps me to get a good night sleep and prevents tension headaches then I guess I'd be ok with spending that. However are there similar (or better pillow) options at a lower price?
