What on earth is going on with him. Calling for Nagel Farage to resign. Now wanting the PM to resign amd said we have a tyrannical government. It's all a bit odd.

Yep, totally ….all his remaining bats have flown out of the belfry for sure !!!!

I think you mean “far right” or don’t youknow the difference imported by my use of inverted commas?

This post makes no sense.

If there is an actual point, you need to use your words better.

FennelPotion · 06/01/2025 23:22

He's said to be near diverse, maybe he has a special interest: middling in other countries' politics. He said the German government is tyrannical as well.

Not happy with Starmer either, he's a real weasel. Envy

He's South African.

He was born in SA, but emigrated to Canada when he was 18 and now has nationality/citizenship for three countries: USA, Canada and South Africa.

I did a tour of DC in the summer. Our very knowledgeable guide said that the police got everyone of any importance out of the building and then did not activately stop the protestors from getting in.

Either your guide was deluded or one of you is a liar.

FancyRedRobin · 06/01/2025 23:25

Musk is like a seagull, flies in, flaps around and shits everywhere.
Yes it's a spectacle and draws attention, but has no positive effects.
Does it for the same reason a seagull does, cos he can't help himself.

Roll on the manbaby colony on Mars, the way these incel/techbro/misogynists are metastasizing we're going to need a f*ck off big spaceship to pack them into.

Beeinalily · 06/01/2025 23:25

Because he's angry about rape gangs? Okay then...

JRSKSSBH · 06/01/2025 23:26

No my point is quite subtle, too subtle for you it seems. Shall I explain it to you in plain English? Think about how overused the term is. It has become a meaningless slur attached to anyone who voices the merest hint of concerns about the sacred cows of the left. What you term far right isn’t. I should congratulate you though. People like you ensure that Reform will play a major role in the next parliament.

Mittens67 · 06/01/2025 23:28

Let’s not forget that only a year ago our then Prime Minister adored this nutcase and met with him.

In the opinion of those who sit on the far right.

Your made up bull shit doesn't become more true the more you post it. It makes you sound more like that stuff that comes out of pink farmyard creatures.

Very curious to know who the 13% of people are who think Musk's behaviour IS reasonable.

I thought the same, although it's still a small minority of people who don't understand how they're being manipulated by the mega-rich who don't give two hoots about them.

BeethovenNinth · 06/01/2025 23:31

Why the outrage? I would really like a national inquiry into the multiple and systemic rapes or young girls in his country. And this is something that is nuts to obsess about?

I tell you what is nuts - the fact that people are more concerned that Musk has strong views on the matter

Crikeyalmighty · 06/01/2025 23:32

@dontbenastyhaveapasty yep - I think some of these people need to get down with it and have a read of a few 'Take a breaks'- the amount of abusers in there that are pure British , white as snow.- often the kind that support Farage and Tommi too . The way the press go on you would think that all paedophiles, grooming gangs and serial sex abusers ( often family) are all men of certain ethnic tendencies- it simply isn't the case- but I guess that suits particular media and politicians agendas more. -- and I'm no rabid hard lefty- shitheads are out there amongst all races, classes and religions whether it's the US or the UK- musk is South African by birth and the country very much had a white supremacist mentality for very many years and simply saw non whites as 'lesser' - he came from that type of background- diamond mine owners etc . To be frank I hate the expression 'cancelled' - but if ever there's someone that needed cancelling - it's him -

Sunak

ElizabethTaylorsEyebrow · 06/01/2025 23:32

JRSKSSBH · 06/01/2025 23:11

Don’t mention that. They don’t like Musk so he isn’t allowed to try to influence British politics openly through Twitter. But Gates doing it via clandestine meetings is fine.

Billionaires influencing politics is bad. That is the case whether the billionaire in question is Musk or Gates or whoever. These people have far too much power and are not accountable to the electorate.

And you are delusional if you think Musk doesn’t ALSO attempt to influence politics through clandestine meetings. Of course he does! His social media japes are just a sideshow. The real work happens behind closed doors.

How to say you don't follow British politics, without saying you don't follow British politics.

BeethovenNinth · 06/01/2025 23:33

Oh - and I am one of the 13 per cent. I’m appalled at the press coverage. Has the UK gone insane? This is one of the biggest cover ups in the west in modern times yet there is hand wringing that the wrong people are angry about it)

FancyRedRobin · 06/01/2025 23:33

Elon Musk doesn't give a shiny sh*t about women, or girls or children.
He does care about himself, his legacy etc.

Motivations do matter in these things. People can draw attention to a cause, support victims etc. responsibly in an informed way.
Or else they can drop in, say a load of inflammatory nonsense and head off again onto their next subject.

No techbro is going to come in and save anyone, it's never happened before and it'll never happen in future. It's not glamorous or shiny enough.
We've only got ourselves and each other.

Oh dear, I was hoping for something with a bit more heft from you, maybe elegant and pithy. Sadly not. Just swear words. I am an ordinary Tory voter. Not extreme or far right. Yet I find the screeching and accusations from the left when their luxury views are challenged so ineffectual and unconvincing. Look at the polls - the average Brit agrees. You need a substantive reply.

BeethovenNinth · 06/01/2025 23:35

Ps I’m appalled at British politics. If that means I don’t “follow” it then I’m delighted to hear it

This is my last response to you because I've got better things to do, like worming our Labrador.

You've failed to name a single person who was jailed for being Far Right. Because you can't.

Crikeyalmighty · 06/01/2025 23:37

@BeethovenNinth there was one . It was called the Jay enquiry 2022 -

the Tory's didn't act on the findings if I remember correctly

Google and you will find the information

Either your guide was deluded or one of you is a liar.

Well there’s one prominent video showing a police officer moving a gate and letting/ushering people through from the cordoned off area.
And then there’s the very sedate moving through the corridors with police offers standing calmly watching.
