Elon Musk and Racism

1000 replies

raincoatwarmcoatlongcoat · 03/01/2025 20:36

Inspired by the other long running thread. I keep reading that he tweets and retweets racist comments. Can anyone link any or all of them please? I see tweets over illegal immigration, as opposed to immigration, but not racist?

So instead of opinions please can people post the actual words used or retweeted? Or anything he said in interviews, word for word?

Thanks!

I genuinely call people a nonce all the time as sort of a friendly passing bit of banter.

No you don’t 🤣🤣

and the fact you’d lie and gaslight to try and convince people you do shows what depths you will sink to in order to stick up for a racist.

Made electric cars work? Er no. He bought a company, that's it.

Again, with Space X, he bought a company already doing the work.

With PayPal, he just bought a company.

And if you think threats, lies and aggression are "free speech", yet again, that tells me an awful lot about you.

None of that is true. He's an engineer, he made those companies work, make money and literally change the world. You can hate him as much as you like but best not to avoid what he's done. It was not luck he has so much money

Maybe they do. It is the sort of thing that passes for banter amongst certain types of men.

"MonkeyVsBunny

The issue I have with this is that you are calling people a criminal for a very serious criminal offence (paedophile).
If done in writing and publicly this would be a strong case for libel.

Out of interest would you describe someone as a thief, fraudster or rapist as a bit of friendly banter?

By all means you can call someone a dickhead or thick or ugly or if you really must "a genocidal rape apologist" which whilst deeply unpleasant are not cases of libel.

U and u alone I don't belive for one second this is a regular thing to most people! Yes maybe 15 years trying to be edgy but unless ur 15 then isn't it a big cringe and I don't belive ur in majority at all!

Watch this. Listen to the guys pain. He’s going g to end it all…

He sounds like a 12year old. Why can't he just say gender ideology? By targeting the 'woke' he's including everything progressive - women's rights, gay rights, disabled rights and racial equality.

Treaclewell · 09/01/2025 14:45

My 72 yr old friend is now unhappy about going out to the village alone because a gang of teenage boys shout "nonce" at him with added details. He is concerned that adults may hear and believe them and what that could lead to. The fact that there is no evidence, and could not be, as he doesn't do anything doesn't help. Vigilantes wouldn't respect that. The police think they'll get bored and give up.
It's not big, it's not clever and it's not at all funny. In some places people have been severely hurt, and I believe at least one been killed.

I merely pointed out that anyone who has concerns about the mass rape of girls across the UK is always painted as 'far right' and it is this 'painting of concerned citizens as far right' that will lead to people voting the right in.

I really dislike this style of argument , my friend who is right wing says it about everything, I care about any rape of girls across the UK as an sane person regardless of their political party!
Another one the right like to say ' anyone wanting the goverment to do anything about imagration is always painted as 'far right' or racist . Its same way. It's really not at all but if u can make these sweeping statements u somehow win an argument, when actually it's false and u don't. People can be concerned about how imagration is being done in a country and not be assumed to be a far right racist. 🙄 people can be appualed at anyone being raped without assuming they are right wing or racist.
Its a way of railing up people and causing them to lean on the right, as they assume the left are already beliving they are racist. It's not because the right wing actually care more. They are fundamentally trying to divide and even if their original reasons for showing things are racist.
Extreme right wing is fundamentally racist that's just a fact. I think people forgot! Or conveniently forget.

Go tell Starmer not to keep saying it then.

Yes the Internarional Zionist WEF Soros puppet who uses space lasers to start fires and control people’s minds. I always thought he was behind all of this.

he will not rest until he evil progressive agenda is accepted as fact and he has men being allowed to pee on seats in women’s toilets. Soros is doing this for his own nefarious purposss and people need to know. Do you own research people on FB and don’t rely on the MSM and books or any academic research.

@CovenOfCheeses @PandoraSox
A quick google tells me that most people consider Soros to be not Zionist, and in fact he funds an organisation which is thought to be fundamentally against israel being a religious state, so almost the opposite of Zionist. Do you both agree with this, or does this need to be fact checked or has anything changed recently?

A personal question Bunny, are you male? Obviously you don't have to answer. I am just curious.

I think “I call my mates nonces as banter” answers that one if there was any doubt.

Also, again to @PandoraSox and @CovenOfCheeses do you know whether Soros is connected with or funds (directly or indirectly) the British Council? This isn't a loaded q or an intended smear by the way, straightforward question. (None of my posts are intended as smears, for the avoidance of doubt)

I'm also intrigued why you have say something racist from your own mouth to be considered racist by these people. There is such thing as racist actions and discriminatory behaviour too.

You can be racist without posting your own comments and opinions on a social media platform. It's about actions as well as words.

He is just interfering in British politics for his own gain. He does not care about women and just has a political/economic agenda. It is so bloody blatantly obvious you would have to be an idiot not to see it. He clearly doesn't understand British politics either. He needs to leave us alone.

I don't hate him.

Daddy gave him lots and lots money to start. Daddy is very very very rich. He did not start any of these companies, he literally bought them and their tech.

How has he changed the world?

The world is still fucked. Climate change continues, space exploration is for the rich.

Tesla is still exploiting Africa of its resources to make Teslas. African children are forced into child labour to mine for cobalt, causing death and maiming.

He isn’t a force for good.

You told me i should be ashamed for not liking the assumption that it is far right wing men who are concerned with the rape and cover ups involved in the current discussions.

I have no idea why I need to be ashamed. I worked with one girl who was escaping every night to be picked up by men and raped and not only did the police do nothing, they told her mum it was easier to just let her go rather than try and stop her. Also the town that she was being raped in isn't even in the list of 50 known towns. This problem is so much bigger than anyone actually knows.

Having these concerns does not make me far right. Hence being seething with rage that this assumption is always made.

So I have no idea why you think I should be ashamed. I feel no shame at trying to help one girl amongst what could be hundreds of thousands.

It is an interview with 60Minutes. 60Minutes are not generally thought of as conspiracy nuts!

There is a bit at the end which is not 60 Minutes. Just the first half is from 60 Minutes.

Hope this helps.

Children leaving their home or, very commonly, leaving their foster homes/carehomes to meet the men and no-one being willing/feeling able to stop them was a huge issue. This is from the outline of the children and safeguarding bill that is going through parliament at the moment:
"The bill would make a series of changes related to accommodation for looked after children (those in the care of the local authority), including:.... providing a statutory framework under which children could be deprived of their liberty in settings other than just a secure children’s home"
See here: Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill 2024-25 - House of Commons Library

And here for the full bill Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill

This is the bill that Badenoch (apparently influenced by the Twitter storm) wanted to delay by adding an amendment to about yet another inquiry. By voting against the amendment (which would delay the bill) MPs have opened themselves up to the charge of "voting against an inquiry". But if you are that bothered, passing this bill as soon as possible (push for another inquiry in a different way if you must) should surely be the priority?

The Inquiry we already had also recommended more sanctions against those who see abuse/safeguarding concerns and refuse to report it/act. This would, if acted on, make it easier to punish police officers in the future who acted like the ones in your story and incentivize future police to act differently. But nope. Lets disregard it.

"I am very angry about this. That is why I am furious the government is trying to push through legal changes to make it harder for the same thing to happen in the future."

I don't think any of the things you have listed are woke, and I don't think they are generally considered to be woke - woke is where very certain very specific issues are predominant, not well researched or in accordance with good research and are given a predominance to the almost total exclusion of other issues, other groups of people, other communities.
