You keep saying the government only wants an inquiry in Oldham. The only evidence for this you have is a letter specifically about Oldham. Do you have any evidence they don’t plan others?
And a new national inquiry is the very last thing we need - including according to the victims, who you keep saying should be listened to. Even the one who is going on about inquiries means locally run ones. None of them want a new national one. For reasons that have been explained ad nauseam.

OP has no clue about employment law.
OP has never worked with vulnerable children or women.
OP has never worked with offenders.

No clue if OP has ever had a job to make a mistake at.

You are he one who hasn't a clue🤣

But they can change legislation & procedures..
What constitutes a genuine mistake, what constitutes negligence?
Not acting on a complaint of abuse? Do you class that ad a mistake or negligence?

You can make negligence a crim8nal offence 8n most cases either. And if you did, the burden of proof would be impossibly high. It would have to be, or nobody would take jobs that involved safeguarding - as has been explained, again, ad nauseam.

What legislation and procedures do you want to be changed, that have not been changed?

Loads of stuff has been changed, you can read some of the dozen or so reports and find this out.

Your posts constitute negligence, but you will never understand why.

Well if they have others planned they need to announce them don't they.
OK you don't want a national enquiry but would you agree with every council having an independent enquiry like SW proposed? It's local but if it's run independently what will it uncover?

"The one going on about"... are you referring to victim Sammy Woodhouse?

I'm glad Elon Musk is calling out our government . It's an important issue and he's certainly raised its profile

You said that yesterday when you asked for an inquiry (that we’ve already had but obviously passed you by). Have you had a chance to read it yet?

Are you trying to mis-gender me?

DuncinToffee · 04/01/2025 19:35

From the King's Speech as mentioned by a previous poster

https://www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/explainer/2024-kings-speech

Secure borders, cracking down on anti-social behaviour and take back our streets

Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill – A bill to strengthen border security, crack down on organised immigration crime, and reform the asylum system.

Crime and Policing Bill – A bill to improve policing, crack down on anti-social behaviour, tackle knife and retail crime, and provide a stronger response to violence against women and girls.

Terrorism (Protection of Premises Bill) – A bill (also known as Martyn’s Law) to introduce security requirements for certain public venues and locations.

Victims, Courts and Public Protection Bill – A bill to support victims of crimes, and reduce delays in the court system

Well I was asked if was going to write to my MP to in regards to demanding a vote of no confidence & I'm not going to yet as I believe Labour can do an awful lot more . Let's wait & see.

Haven’t you already contacted your MP (at least you claimed you had done that yesterday when you refused to share a draft of the email you sent so we could all ‘help’ just like you) ?

I have written to my MP & previous ones in the past but I won't be writing just yet as I'm waiting hopefully to see what Labour will do in the coming days.

I didn’t say they had any plannned. But you keep saying they on,y want one in Oldham and you have no evidence for that. Someone asked about a government inquiry in Oldham and they said it should be local. I assume the same applies elsewhere - which means the government dont plan them. Or carry them out. Because they are local. So they’ll happen elsewhere if there’s a need/local demand. There have been some in the past.
Yes - I somehow forgot her name despite you posting the same image of her tweet repeatedly. She doesn’t want a national inquiry.

Who is going to call Cardi out for spelling errors? Or is that just reserved for me🤔

No. You were, "slagged off" because you were being bitchy about somebody else's typo, whilst making multiple mistakes yourself.

Sammy Woodhouse wants an enquiry into every council in this country. An independent one. Let's see if Labour listen.

OP posts:
DuncinToffee · 04/01/2025 19:46

Muski isn't interested in the safety of girls and women or even in an investigation, he wants Starmer out.

Why is what you should ask yourself @Chainzreaction
