I know he’s riddled but if he could just sort that out…? Am I the only one? When I see the actor in anything else I am absolutely unbothered so it’s definitely when he plays the character.

I love Dave. He used to live in my road!!

I saw him in Macbeth with Ralph Fiennes earlier this year and he was brilliant as Banquo. A real standout.

I don't fancy him enough to become Mrs Coaches but he seems nice now he's hopefully over the disease; he was very accepting of Nessa leaving him at the altar and he really cared for Neil. Getting decked by Pete rather damaged his cred though.

And yes he obviously had had an std! Nessa and I think maybe Bryn make reference to it in S1 - Nessa does so in the pilot. The bingo caller in S2 then hilariously calls him out on it as well- his wife is "Maria from the clinic" whom Dave also knows!
