How old are you and what car do you drive?

I'm 36 and according to my sister my car ages me ten years. Wtaf?! It's an Audi a6 estate. So yes, a "mum car". But is this a thing?!

34 - Volvo estate v50

30 year old Land Rover defender
20 year old Toyota Yaris acquired when my DF died, it's a great little car now used as the daily runaround. The defender is semi retired these days but can't bear to part with it.

I couldn't care less about what car I drive so long as it does the job I need it to, it's not the car that matters, but the person driving it!

I am 51 and i drive a 10 year old kia picanto. I love my car. We live very rurally and it's perfect for zipping around country lanes. I also do not consider my car an extension of my external social capital.

30 and drive a truck

I am nearly 50 and my DH and I share an 11 year old Toyota Yaris. We will drive this car until it dies. And then we will get a second hand version of the same car, or something similar, and drive that one until it dies. One day, hopefully when we are both very old, we will die before the car.
I was going to say "I don't care about cars" but that's not really true. I am extremely judgemental about people who drive fancy cars. Tacky.

52 and I have a Mini Cooper. Also drive my husband’s Audi something or other. I’m on my 3rd Mini Cooper and I absolutely love it.

39, Nissan Qashqai. Traded my Audi A1 Sport in for it when I had my now 3 year old as the sports seats weren't compatible with the car seat - gutted as I loved that car! So yes, I traded it in for a "mum" car 😂

Do you like your Karoq? We are thinking of getting one next year, either that or possibly a Kamiq

We've got a Karoq as well as the Enyaq. We had a Tiguan before the Enyaq. DH likes the Karoq but doesn't love it. DS1 has a Tiguan the same age as DH's Karoq and DS2 has a Seat Ateca, he'd choose either of them over the Karoq.

44 with a Lexus RX. I want to downsize to the new LBX but it wouldn't fit 3 kids plus dogs in the back 😭

51, large black SUV (not a chelsea tractor as I live rurally and couldn't get to work in the winter without a 4x4, and have dogs) .

39. Kia Xceed for daily lugging around of the children's stuff.

Ford Mustang V8 for more fun drives.

Although just to completely skew the results the car is actually my DS (20) car through motability. It's adapted with hand paddles.

I sold my Citroen C3 Picasso (only got an mpv because he needs a car he can get in and out of!)

It's a lovely car though.

If we ever (I ever) need a second car I'll get a city go, i20 or similar which will be for me and we'd use his when we go out together.

An astra I'm in my 40s but an astra is also the first car I ever drove. Not sure I'd notice what car someone drove
