Judi Dench. She is just Judi Dench in everything. Sorry. I like Tracey Ullman as Judi Dench. Tracey Ullman as Judi Dench is much better than Judi Dench as Judi Dench.

I would also say Nick Cage except that Moonstruck is one of my favourite films of all time. But then the character is supposed to be hyper-emotional and over the top.
